Plus the three areas have gone from Kefi exploration licence in review which suggests a holding pattern pre TK deal to pending payment verification which suggests the licence areas are Kefis on receipt of payment, they would not be Kefis even on receipt of payment till the TK deal was done according to the agreement between kefi and the government also would expect some of the funds from TK deal to be spent on exploration of those areas and future revenue from TK “and operational cash flows of TKGM”.

“it was agreed last week to upscale security around the Project, endorse KEFI’s historical Project expenditure, confirm KEFI’s exploration licences and confirm the construction schedule for the offsite infrastructure”;

I do not see Kefi getting any new areas as they do not need them as the exploration areas are massive plus Ethiopian government is going to auction some areas they got back and kefi going to want to use any money for the areas they have now.

Thats the way I read it anyway looking at it logically hopefully we will get some kind of update Monday.

Doubt it is a a renewal as it is a prerequisite that the TK deal is done before Kefi can have the areas which we know are the same areas.

Interesting that they feel confident enough to drill in Tigray.

This snippit was interesting considering the licence change on the three kefi areas.

That’s the thing with these aim shares, just when they look about to launch, there's always something. If there wasn’t overhang, there’d be a gap to be filled. Something we’ll have to get used to in the coming weeks.

I mean why would they Grant extra exploratory licences to a company that was supposedly receiving a warning letter to speed things up, this is obviously good news for kefi and I feel very positive that we will be receiving good news soon. Personally I think next week

very interesting find on the licensing area update.....well spotted by the eagle eyed shareholder (respect)....it could indeed start to get exciting for kefi again soon :)
