Well he/BOD are running out of time to deliver as stated in the last RNS & webinar etc...I always felt dubious about the concept of announcing partial agreements on funding in May as presumably they are all tied together to a final closing of all legal terms etc. but if they are going to deliver before end June with an AGM sign off then I figure papers need to go out no later than 10th June...time will tell

After learning on YouTube how easy it is to make your own crypto. I think it is best to avoid them. As it open doors to scammers having their own coins.

As I understand it, the AGM is due before the end of June, and the relevant documentation 3 weeks prior to the date proposed. There is still time to spare from that point of view. No doubt someone will correct me if I am wrong.

I would have thought by now they would have written the draft documentation to shareholders for the resolutions required for the AGM. Can shareholders request paper copies of these circulars these days? in which case printing time would mean the document must be finalised now. The point being, everything must be agreed now as last minute changes means documentation would be incorrect

For all we know, Harry might have defined the timescale. If this funding effort proves to be abortive, I think he should rapidly pursue the SA option, and all that Copper. The SA government seems very amenable to development options, with some funding, that diversify from its previous reliance on oil.

It's not other parties that have led us to expect news this month though. Three more market days in May, then it goes the same way as October, last quarter, first few weeks, first quarter.

The news flow here is dictated by other parties too, not just Harry. Though they will be aware of the projected timescales, they do not have understandably impatient PIs to satisfy.

endorse KEFI’s historical Project expenditure,

confirm KEFI’s exploration licences

confirm the construction schedule for the offsite infrastructure

Project remains on schedule to launch shortly

full Project launch as soon as possible after the Company’s Annual General Meeting, which will be convened in due course for a date before the end of June 2021.

Have updated about a lot just it did not sink in, maybe they need Rio to be in charge of communication so we get a bit more detail either that or use the QA section to flesh things out a bit that have been Rnsed.

I emailed them this morning at 07:30 and asked, as a shareholder, when I can expect to receive the numerous announcements that we were told would be issued in May. No reply, no surprise.

tivoli I have held for around 10 years in one form or another. That is approximately 3650 fantastic buying opportunities & counting. :-(
