Harry should really be in jail. He has consistently lied to investors for his own gain. Despicable man.

...I remember posting a while back that holders should form a shareholders' group, if only to give their voice greater weight when communicating with Harry.

...individual PIs e-mailing their concerns will never be taken seriously.
...get anywhere around 5% of shareholders together and Harry will sit up and pay attention... 10%, or over, and Harry will no longer take the PIs for granted.

...that's what has been missing here ... a group that will represent the interest of PIs because it is formed from the PI's themselves. A group to hold Harry to account and who cannot be dismissed. Harry, and the BOD, may claim that they are shareholders, but they will only act in their own interests ... not all shareholders are create equal on AIM :-)

:-)

...well...well...who could have possibly guessed the dismal performance here !
...AND...that the 'UNCONDITIONAL' first tranch of ANS monies has still not been handed over....who could have possibly guessed that :-)

... just for the illiterate members of the Harry fan club, who do not seem to understand the meaning of the word 'UNCONDITIONAL' ... if something's unconditional it's absolute and not subject to any special terms or conditions ... it should happen no matter what else happens ... similar to unquestioning, unqualified, unreserved !

... possibly, the Ethiopian definition of the word 'unconditional' differs from that defined in the Oxford English Dictionary ... in which case Harry should have written all the RNSs in the Ethiopian official language .... Amharic :-)

Ok, so you're either relatively new to KEFI, or have written off your earlier buys and have bought heavily at the lows then. Which is it? I'm the second of the two and have an average of around 2.1p. If I can get 2p, I'm gone, for full disclosure.

Either way I have to admit I'm intrigued. What exactly has HAA done to make you such a devoted fan? You do realise this is business, right? It's not like supporting a football team or a teenage girl's obsession with her favourite boyband; unquestioning loyalty and devotion to an individual is not a requirement of investing. Although Kim Jon-Adams does seem to believe he's without fault and beyond reproach.

Was it his last webinar performance that really excited you? The constant and repeated missed deadlines over the last few years? Or perhaps it's the two-month radio silence while the gold price flies and he collects full salary that's sealed the deal?

I just find it totally bizarre. "I back Harry, simple as that". Simple is spot on.

Whilst I am undecided, I too am willing to explore replacing both HAA and the CFO with my 10 million shares. And do keep in mind the board may not necessarily all vote in favour of HAA staying. He makes a good scapegoat for them. What precisely does this entail? Anybody?

Be careful what you wish for...could be a self fulfilling prophecy.

Dilemma for you all...

Brave to stay in or even braver to get out?

The way things are going it is looking increasingly likely the lights will eventually be switched off at KEFI at some point in the future.

There are only so many more placings that can occur to fund the current monthly expenditure, with no revenue and no apparent operational progress taking place to give anyone (current shareholders and potential investors) much hope that things may get better before the consequent amount of shares in issue becomes a Weimar Republic style catastrophe. In other words.......totally worthless.

The most galling thing for most shareholders, though, is that Adams and his cronies will continue to pay themselves their inflated salaries from now until the time when the lights eventually do go out.

Apologies if I am wrong re directors allowed to vote in any motion to remove them. It was from memory only. By the way Goatie, what a compelling argument you make. His ineptitude has rendered us too skint to remove him because of his ineptitude. :-(

You can count me and my 15m shares in - Harry and Leach (whose main job is surely securing funding) have failed dismally - this funding deal with our "supportive partners" is coming up to its 2 year anniversary and they are still unable to get a relatively small $9m secured - pathetic - whatever the reason they must go and get someone else in who can change strategy as we are simply going to continue death by a thousand cuts. Get rid of ANS and get money elsewhere and if not available sell part of Saudi and go alone - one working mine is better than 2 birds in the bush etc

They have also treated shareholders with contempt - taking full wages while workers and directors throughout the world (myself included) are taking significant wage cuts they just sail on by in their luxury world of being paid a fortune for nothing.
