07/4/2020 08:19 | Rio, What can I do but promise you that I am entirely and utterly genuine, and am invariably truthful? But then I would say that if I wasn't, wouldn't I? But it is totally genuine. Mark you, I might be more bothered by your criticism if your grammar was better :-). | ![]() goatherd
06/4/2020 23:01 | Don't confuse sentiment or share price with value. Value has decidedly increased | riotinted_specs
06/4/2020 15:56 | 43 cases and 2 deaths in Ethiopia from Covid 19 as at 15.44 local. | ![]() scrappycat
06/4/2020 15:40 | Topical kefi probably got asked amongst its questions about ANS what if just one or two members suddenly got cold feet. Harry has taken shares instead of wages as have others and think he is probably disappointed that the share price is not higher for the warrants. | ![]() robjm66
06/4/2020 15:12 | Since the current share price would not appear to reflect the prospective receipt of funding, I venture to suggest that All the major participants, inlcuding Harry, are in a 'closed' period, and cannot buy shares until funding is confirmed. Just my opinion, of course. | ![]() scrappycat
06/4/2020 14:37 | Topicel, 'what is the problem etc., etc?!' As usual, it seems you cannot read. I have NOT stated that at all. In fact, I clearly identified what I see as may prove to be a problem. Whether, or not, you agree there may be such a problem is your prerogative, but do not put out incorrect statements about my postings. | ![]() scrappycat
06/4/2020 14:37 | Rob - your quote from the Q&A earlier: "If any individual ANS investor fails to close in any particular moment when all its conditions precedent for processes, documents, etc are satisfied, then other local investors are expected to cover them." This is just preparing us for the inevitable delays when one individual ANS investor does fail to close as any newcomer would surely need to go through all their own processes, documents etc...? We are, as before, being primed for another hiccup when necessary. Security, elections and now potential bailout investors. Maybe the capital raising is underway given the share price movement... And still Harry doesn't even take shares in his 7-bagger (sorry, it is back at 11-bagger now, ain't it?)! Topicel | ![]() topicel
06/4/2020 14:28 | I often wonder why EG cannot exert pressure on ANS if foreign exchange is so desirable to them but as ANS are made up of local bigwigs, perhaps the pressure is being exerted the other way round. | ![]() taxlosstone
06/4/2020 14:12 | cyba, Yes, a contract has been agreed it seems, but If Kefi were to fail, then that contract would be unenforceable, and have nil effect on any prospective purchaser unless they accepted it, What purchaser would want that, with the track record of the EG and the ANS open to full view. Far better for a prospective purchaser to fund it themselves. | ![]() scrappycat
06/4/2020 14:10 | It's my understanding that EG were never going to pay over any money directly. I believe that they were going to provide infrastructure to the tune of $20 million equivalent. Apparently they've already started spending so they may consider that they've secured 20% of part of the TK project. Now ANS on the other hand don't feel any compunction to honour their commitment irrespective of the fact that they've announced they will & that it's unconditional. We've heard excuses how this is Africa, how this is all new to them & we patronisingly shrug at their naivety but as far as I can make out, they're running rings around us. | ![]() taxlosstone
06/4/2020 13:46 | Bejubiant, Well, it might not wash for you, but it seems it washes for the whole world's economies. I agree it should have been sorted ages ago, but it wasn't, and it isn't. No use crying over spilt milk IMO. | ![]() scrappycat
06/4/2020 13:38 | cyba, At the moment, it is my understanding that the EG and ANS own nothing. Currently, Kefi controls, and has ownership of, the lot (including TKMG). AFAIAA, no money has been paid to Kefi by the EG or ANS. The figures you give are relevant to the position post funding. In effect, the EG and ANS will have ownership of the portions you quote once they have paid the agreed price. They haven't got something for nothing. If I am wrong, someone will no doubt correct me. | ![]() scrappycat
06/4/2020 12:30 | ANS FAFFING about pre-dates COVID-19 by months and months.. that new chestnut just doesn’t wash frankly. This should have been sorted WAY before now. | ![]() bejubiant
06/4/2020 12:25 | How much 'value' the JORC reserve figures have but that is x 45% which is what KME (Kefi-Minerals Ethiopia) own. Kefi owns 58% of KME, further diluting the value of those "reserve figures".. I mean if you ARE going to talk value.. in 2017 Kefo owned TK 95%, Then the so called "Master Negotiator Adams" sliced and diced the pie in so many ways its difficult to comprehend exactly how much he gave to ANS which they haven't paid for yet. | cybaajak
06/4/2020 12:19 | Taxi, I am not disagreeing with you, but we are where we are. I am talking about the current situation. The virus has provided an unforeseen problem for all parties. | ![]() scrappycat |
