22/4/2020 13:52 | I posted this on the other thread in 2017 "digger2779 - 28 Nov 2017 - 11:29:45 - 53272 of 64314 Kefi Minerals-2010 and into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia - KEFI See the POG is hovering around $1300 and our share price is floundering to keep above 3p to sell. What a disaster. Let's call a GM and kick him out before Xmas just so he can feel some of the cheer we are going to experience as we tuck into a stale mince pie. In the meantime lets hope we don't get another "good news RNS". Wish the share price was floundering at 3p right now!! Think we are due another brokers note to bolster this little beaut but they probably want paying for that and might be loathe to accept a few shares in lieu of hard cash. | ![]() digger2779
22/4/2020 13:42 | OR gang up with more than 65 million shares, force a EGM and vote him out ! | cybaajak
22/4/2020 13:41 | Make your voices heard !! The Annual Report within 9 weeks. When it comes to resolutions to be voted on.. VOTE AGAINST ANY FINANCIAL OR SHARE REWARDS. I know from past experience the resolutions will be worded such that voting against any financial packages will harm the company as he ties in funding with confetti printing. BUT inside that resolution will be his and his cronies rewards as well. Don;t give him carte blanche by just acquiescing to his exorbitant and unjust rewards. | cybaajak
22/4/2020 12:40 | A still unproven business with a share price on the floor can simply not afford to handsomely reward one deeply unimpressive man for achieving absolutely nothing. This is ongoing, complete madness. | ![]() bejubiant
22/4/2020 09:52 | Completely contemptible. Adams is still drawing a salary of £30k a month which is effectively paid by us, the shareholders. The very least he and the company can do is show some courtesy and acknowledge correspondence from those heavily invested in KEFI. This lack of communication is worrying. It suggests to me that Adams has hit a brick wall in operational and financial progression and is just stringing it out until he finally has to tell us how it really is or just hits us out of the blue with another significant dilutive placing. | ![]() chopper harris1
21/4/2020 19:28 | Don't think they'd be so arrogantly stupid to pull that sort of stunt again. | ![]() chopper harris1
21/4/2020 19:12 | Oh and beware any news release that provides great news re research progress at H. Many a mug has fallen for that in the past, only to followed later the same day or next with a dilution event. Not sure what the rules are but doesn't feel like the right thing to do old chap. Sorry state of affairs that great research progress is used in that fashion and also not taken at face value by most shareholders (obvious exceptions). | ![]() sweetwaters
21/4/2020 17:33 | Ah!! Centamin. They were one of the reasons that I went into Nyota/Kefi in the first place. They were major shareholders along with IFC (an affiliate of the World Bank, no less). Sadly they both divested themselves of their Kefi shareholdings. It looks like a brilliant decision by Centamin now but with their influence as shareholders, who knows where we could have been by now? They have plenty of ammo & are supposedly looking to make acquisitions in Africa but they've resisted the temptation of getting back in for years. Wonder what they're not keen on: The jurisdiction? The board of directors? The project? This bulletin board? ;-) All of the above? | ![]() taxlosstone
21/4/2020 17:00 | digger I don't see Kefi as an attractive morsel for a "major" - it is too small. Its Ethiopian operation might be attractive to the likes of CEY but possibly not the Saudi activity: they are based in Africa with ops in Egypt and Ivory Coast. | ![]() estseon
21/4/2020 15:46 | Company Annual Report is due within next 9 weeks. With very little happening anywhere, either visually or behind the scenes, we 'may' even get that event early. If there was a movement to 'force an issue' it would just be rolled into that.. | cybaajak

21/4/2020 12:59 | How much money has Kefi poured into this bottomless pit? If a major were to come along and match that in order to buy the company then maybe that wouldn't be a bad thing? At this rate if they even got this going we are probably going to have to wait another 5 years before we make any money on our investments. | ![]() digger2779
21/4/2020 12:30 | The worry with any major taking a stake in kefi is they end up buying up the whole company on the cheap would rather see Joint Ventures as agree kefi geo team is its main strength. | ![]() robjm66
21/4/2020 11:35 | Imagine there was a company that was undertaking mineral exploration in two regions, both of which with government licenses for exploration in a highly prospective but underdeveloped region. Imagine if that company had a world-class reputable research and discovery team. Highly regarded by peers and investment community. Imagine if that region was well known for precious metals, particularly gold. Imagine if gold had undergone a significant re-rating due to global events and was likely to become a more significant asset allocation for the years ahead. Imagine if you were a major investor in that company (not me). There must be some large major shareholders questioning Kefi plc. Another idea which I have aired before. See if a Gold Major will take a minority stake in Kefi plc. Another idea, sell TKGM lock stock and barrel, just get out of it and focus on Saudi, prove up the Jorc for H. Given the structure of the ANS investment it's probably unsellable thus my view to mothball it to grow some balls. | ![]() sweetwaters
21/4/2020 08:25 | Chesterfield Resources (CHF) with gold interests ironically in Cyprus have today pointed out in an RNS that they are in the gold business (exploration stage only) & gold is going up in price. The share price is currently up 100% | ![]() taxlosstone
