29/10/2020 10:12 | Is that common or even legal? Does anyone think it's worth hanging around to get more? I had my eyes on keeping this until it back up to £10!! | tygarreg
29/10/2020 10:07 | The consortium buying us out includes our current chairman, Oleg Novachuk(sounds poisonous) and a non exec director Vladimir Kim!!!!! | tygarreg
29/10/2020 09:30 | Agree zangdook. It looks certain to go through. A shame they’re taking it private on the cheap, but it’s been a fabulous run since the 2015 low below £1, with KAZ never issuing a negative update and with the now big producing mines, built on time and at cost too. So though it’s a low ball offer, no complaints overall. | kenmitch
29/10/2020 08:44 | Once the board recommends an offer, in my experience it rarely increases unless someone makes a counter-bid. As the buyers already have 40%, I won't hold my breath. | zangdook
29/10/2020 08:35 | This is the first stage of bartering. The wealthy people who want to buy it are trying to purchase it at a ridiculously low price. We are the people selling. We all know It's worth 800 to 1000. We refuse to sell until they offer a fair price. They can't simply complete a compulsory purchase without a majority agreement. Yesterday was their opportunity to purchase some on the cheap by frightening some investors into thinking they would only receive 640. | bladerunneruk
28/10/2020 18:26 | 2603 - Here's how my previous charts played out. My multi timeframe analysis sugests a pullback to fill the gap on the daily chart then a continuation of the uptrend is suggested on the weekly and monthly timeframes. 28/10/2020 14:13 | Looks like there's an 'E' missing from that epic. | glavey
28/10/2020 13:44 | well done everyone guys, in case you would be looking for a new home for your money, have a quick look at ARS -copper/gold play -mcap of 60mil, will sign deal worth more than 160mil divided in cash and share holding in the next 2 weeks -owns even bigger asset than it sold (KSK) called Beutong | coldjoe
28/10/2020 11:25 | Sold @ 625p. Done deal & IMO there's more to be made elsewhere than 15/625 = c.2.5% Not surprised why they pitched now & at this price. Would be 800p+ by Y/E 2021... | napoleon 14th
28/10/2020 10:24 | Thnx zangdook | aalli
28/10/2020 10:12 | You can sit and wait for 640p sometime early next year, or you can sell now for whatever the market is offering. If you hold on, your broker will in due course ask if you want to accept the offer. (Unless you hold certificates, in which case someone will probably write to you and ask.) | zangdook
28/10/2020 09:56 | As a newbie, I bought some shares a few months ago and sitting on a reasonable profit. Do I just sit and wait for the deal to be done? What happens to my shares? | aalli
28/10/2020 08:53 | You can make up for your disappointment by sticking some in CHF. It's waiting like a coiled spring for results this week or next and a mkt cap of just £9m. A world class geo team. True copper experts | wassapper
28/10/2020 08:53 | It's not an opportunity if it's forced through by the big boys. | zangdook
28/10/2020 08:48 | "we wanted to ensure that KAZ Minerals Shareholders were provided with the opportunity to crystallise the value of their investment at a premium valuation" Gee thanks. Was close to £11 not so long ago. | jwafc
28/10/2020 08:45 | loss-leader - CAML is not bad, though copper is only a part of the story, and it's much smaller. Same part of the world. | zangdook
28/10/2020 08:41 | loss-leader - have a look at PXC (Phoenix Copper) | sportbilly1976
28/10/2020 08:40 | Any guesses as to what this will reach today? | aalli
28/10/2020 08:23 | "What are the chances of institutional holders pushing this up a bit?" Look slim based on the initial price action and what happened at HGM. CAML (half copper) is the only other LSE copper I hold - could be an interesting recovery once the fall-out from the Sasa mine tailings leak is done and dusted. | podgyted
28/10/2020 08:20 | SOLG is next on the list, swallowed up by BHP | mirabeau
28/10/2020 08:13 | Very poor price. But a bird in the hand. What is the 2nd best investment for copperheads? LL | loss-leader
28/10/2020 08:08 | What a lousy price. Hardly any premium. Very disappointng. What are the chances of institutional holders pushing this up a bit? | galeforce1 |
