GGP

As I have said earlier was way overpriced IMO. This however at £8 million has a long way to go.

Yep more buys than sells again, market makers playing a risky game here imo. If news lands they will be stuffed.

Haneti

Looking at the map they seem to be targeting the smaller zones first. The are is massive with large nickel zones highlighted. They also have the option to increase the license area which would bode well for a large mining operation to expand.

At a guess I would say that they will not announce anything until incorporating the JV. Wouldn’t surprise me if they also listed on the South African stock market under the new company.

Make sure everything is secure in the JV before pushing ahead with construction phase Graham Briggs hopefully looking after our interests to make sure there are no loopholes:-)

Inthemix,

Interesting suggestion for sure. CS is very familiar with Haneti, there's no reserves yet, those high grade Ni and pgm results are from soil work, rock chips etc. Anything above 0.5% Ni close to surface would be great as the complex is 80km long, i.e. potentially world class. Some bonus pgm grades would be super too. But lets wait and see what the 50 hole campaign shows up as that may lead to a maiden JORC eventually and those reserves you're looking for. But yes a post-asset sale EUA may look for quality assets like Haneti. Lets see what the first round of drilling will turn up though, don't be expecting rock chip type grades from the RC work, but shallow decent economic grades would be great. These holes are only to 50m so anything commercial to that depth would be a great start. Action should start near term, fingers crossed.

Regards,
Ed.

This should bode well for getting jv financing sorted and tailings into production..

With 8m market cap it’s at the very bottom imo. Whatever deal they get it will boost the share price. Let’s see what sort of profit they predict after the 2 year period. Personally think they will try and accelerate production in the first 2 years to something close to the 500k per month.

The 25 years will possibly come down to 20 years or less thus increasing the rate of return.

Think there will be a combination of funding but remember that 50% of it will be down to Blyvoor gold mine who are currently in the process of getting the underground mine operational again so may want the tailings to start first.

The guy from EUA might fund it, he says the Nickel reserves are "phenomenal" at 16-17%.

All depends on the blyvoor jv financing deal coupled with good drilling results from haneti I believe it can IMO...
