GW - You seem totally ignorant of basic investment principles. A company can 'raise' £36m, and still be valued at less than £3.5m. Depends on what form the funds are raised. So far LC has indicated funding will be by loans (or maybe streaming). Your incessant posting illustrates much other ignorance too.

Shouldn’t have any problems with drying out nickel in Tanzania:-). Higher nickel content in batteries will have to come to increase range.

Get some good results for Haneti and they will get quite a bit of interest.


A nickel trader based in Japan is also worried, saying the metal is also expected to be in short supply in the mid-2020s.

The release of both these documents is imminent and forms an integral part in the final delivery of the Blyvoor funding package.

My guess is they already know the results hence the project is moving to the next level, good to see that the JV is getting incorporated which will protect KAT.

1. With regard to points 1 and 2 above; the technical reports referenced here are in an advanced stage of preparation and final draft versions have already been received for review and will be available for release shortly to the potential funding parties;

The joint venture partners have already agreed to proceed with the incorporation of the unincorporated Blyvoor Joint Venture and are currently negotiating the final terms and conditions of incorporation which will ensure due alignment with the parties' rights and interests as captured under the existing unincorporated version of the Blyvoor Joint Venture.

Graham Briggs will want to get this done and he has the knowledge and expertise to see it through.

I’m guessing he will then get a seat on the board for his reward.

If your not happy I guess you know what you should do. Fact is money is tight out there and funders want a guarantee that they want their money back over a reasonable time.

This is not dragons den looking for couple of hundred thousand.

Posters on LSE want to get in cheaper hence why they post every day trying to influence weak holders.

Sounds like it’s nearly there. Checklist all getting done and sounds like once resource upgrade and valuation sorted it’s just agreeing a start date.

Over and above cash requirement to get the start up, once operational then they may be able to fund the increase in production from profits.

Exciting times ahead as those box’s getting ticked.
