25/2/2020 11:20 | Bye bye then. | smackeraim
25/2/2020 11:00 | Yes. I won't be investing in a company that Coetze has anything to do with again. Totally screwed shareholders by repeated fund raising causing share price to dwindle to FA in KIBO.I'll wait until he goes or invest elsewhere. | bluepill
25/2/2020 10:15 | Cash. Graham Briggs is JV Manager, and considering his background I would expect he will have put his name to it knowing fine well there is finance available.20 years as Ceo of South Africa's 3rd largest mining company, managing 9 underground mines during his time.. I would guess he will know the right people in SA to finance it.Remember this is low risk. No mining or exploration involved. Just processing what is already lying there. In addition. They already stated this:"Katoro has already held preliminary discussions with potential funding parties for the project, which the board believe will be secured at the project level and will likely be in the form of debt funding." | smackeraim
25/2/2020 10:07 | The main catalyst here will be IF they can get the project financed. It should come but it may take awhile yet. The key questions will be on what terms? Dilution, Debt-financing, a Combo of the two, how will it look? LC is not the right man for the job, he has a poor track record. It would be better to get rid of him and have GB managing the entire co. Cash | cashandcard
25/2/2020 08:53 | Might be sticky for all you know. Sanderson are holding 13% plus of Kibo | smackeraim
25/2/2020 08:45 | Looks like a heap of dilution ahead here for holders, another 24m shares to convert at 1.5p coming at some point. Will keep a cap on the share price for certain. | silverspoon2009
25/2/2020 07:55 | Is Coetze repeating the formula here like he did with Kibo?Keep diluting value by releasing shares and cashing in on news? Not good for potential shareholders | bluepill
25/2/2020 07:43 | I reckon they have forward sold the bulk of this initial 6.6m already. Check the constant 250k blocks and larger round amounts for last few days. We will see. | smackeraim
25/2/2020 07:41 | Lol I see him as a good omen. He went quiet on DEV at below 2p recently ;-) | smackeraim
25/2/2020 07:38 | Sandersons involvement will ensure the demise of the current share price mini spike today then flat then red by close Anything lc is involved in is not worth it | iamgreat1
25/2/2020 07:34 | That piece of news will take us over 10p | costax1654x
25/2/2020 07:19 | Nothing yet on the big question of financing the process plant.. | highly geared
25/2/2020 07:13 | I think they've already been at it tbh | smackeraim
25/2/2020 07:08 | The only experience I have with Sanderson is on other shares where they constantly converted their share rights - here it goes again choosing to convert and dilute. It's pretty obvious if the shares are more than 1.8p (the twenty percent they would get from the loan from 1.5p conversion price) it is better from their point of view to convert them and sell them.I would expect a slow slide to 1.8p until they have converted and sold the 24m shares. | supercity
24/2/2020 17:55 | Joined today to let us know that? Thanks! | smackeraim
24/2/2020 17:42 | Think this will go lower before a bounce, that is what Paul Johnson implied on the Proactive podcast published today. | silverspoon2009
24/2/2020 15:52 | hxxps://youtu.be/G0- That is much easier gold production than in normal mine :) | john 8
24/2/2020 15:46 | Blyvoor Gold executives described the grade as a "very conservative" 20 g/t and they calculate mining costs at 4 g/t and overheads of 1 g/t, to yield a very healthy margin of 15 g/t. The span is never greater than 4 m, which lowers rockburst risk. hxxp://m.engineering | john 8
