Good point.
Perhaps they only held 20 each ?
But enough to attend and vote

Don’t forget that those shareholders supporting via show of hNds need only hold 1 share in their name. They don’t necessarily hVe to be largish shareholders....

Show of hands is independent of size of actual stake in company...

The board left for a separate room.
After all 9 proposals were read out and voted on.
No other business was decused.
One chap shouted out ,can we hear what the proposed new board had to offer.
The prof declined.
The rest of the prof following enjoyed coffee and biscuits, good old chinwag afternoon.
Rest of the room were link staff registers
Nomads
Lawyers
Observers.

Shareholders have been robbed of a democratic vote .
We should now be looking forward to real change and progress.
Instead we continue at snail pace absolutely nothing going on no doubt the next rns which wont be anytime soon due to Directors share dealings will be more Garnets .Next news will be of a further placing !!

Take out board and Martello 33% of total leaves 67 % of normal shareholders

3% of those voted with the board
48 % proposal new Board.
49% not counted or abstained

Now that makes you wonder ?!

I think it went down to around 0.25 before the 25 for 1 share scamolidation.

It’s not been sub 1p yet....

I doubt it will go that low, or if it does, I don’t think it will stay that low for long. Too many sticky holders...

Just have to accept that its not going to be and either stick around hold and hope Prof pulls a rabbit out of his hat before this goes sub 1p again and there is another share scamolidation or sell now take what you can and move on and that is the stark reality of the current situation unlikely to change anytime soon .

Interesting, tho I’m not exactly sure if that would achieve anything.

Might be useful info for the requisitioners though

A shame that they will have nothing to do with the future of KDR .
Oh hang on there KDR has no future apart from further discounted placings dilutions Boulders Orangeite and lots more Garnets to look forward to !😢😨😲!
