Confirmation from II that my full allocation has been voted as requested. It's been a long wait for any results of a positive nature and will continue to be so whoever wins. However one side has a plan to realise value from the assets the other and ongoing desire to realise value FROM shareholders. I do believe positive sentiment and transparent plans will give us an much needed lift but know it will take a lot of effort / time and money to turn this round

Ok, so to answer my own question, as I understand it, the registrar “locks” the register 2days before the egm, and it’s those shareholding on the register at that point that count towards the vote...

So, the remaining question is how quickly do shares become registered once you’ve bought them..,

Fair enough and I know next Friday doesn't matter to you if the Share price hits 5-6p on Monday as you will have sold out!I've known Alan Osborne for many years and he is a genuine guy. Please vote for him as he is very dynamic, forward thinking, successful and has plans in place for KDR. For the floating voters who can't make their minds up who to vote for, please at least vote Alan onto the board as trust me he will shake things up and get KDR moving on an upwards curve and deliver value to us shareholders for once. The end game, we are talking £s a share. Do your maths.

Everyone except Akiko Levinson, by the way. For the year ended February 28, 2019 management fees totaled $171,390 CAD. While I was in Hokkaido on the site visit we were in and out of the office with mud on our boots. I looked around and caught Akiko sweeping the floor. If I was ever to recommend a company it would be one in which the CEO is paid peanuts and has to rely on share appreciation to make money and picks up a broom and sweeps when the floor is dirty. I love this company.

In January 2017 KDR discovered a green diamond. The same year just circa £12k was spent to further exploration. The companies other assets included Lahtojoki mining licence and Riihivaara Kimberlite.

Your current board since then have decided to add an exploration licence
in Ireland and 2 new reservations in Finland.

The new proposed board believe they can save circa £500k a year

It seems all shareholders want this

It seems the current KDR board disagree with their shareholders so to stay in power will buy shares themselves and issue new shares.

Shares bought on Monday I think will count as long as the broker notifies the registrar by close of business on Thursday.

Settlement is normally 3 days isn’t it?

Conroy currently has control of 30% of the issued share capital assuming the 6.8% placing votes are for conroy

You have missed the point. In order for shareholders here to be able to have a chance of change and realise value the requisitioners have to win on Friday next week.
Conroy intends to stop them and should he enter the market on Monday and Tuesday of next week and mop up a further few % of the free float Conroy will win .
If you buy a few % on Monday they wont count T3 settlement which is on Thursday is after weds deadline why do you think he has left it until now to show his hand !
The requisitioners may have also increased their holdings this week and are holding back from declaring their positions until Weds ! But im sure Conroy knows that as well.
Ive been open and honest on here and made it absolutely clear of my position which is to sell if Conroy wins as the value of my investment will be 0.00P.
Ive also marked your post down not because of its content everyones entitled to their opinion but have some manners when you address folk on these boards we are all here for the same reason to make money.
Have a Good Weekend.

The usual share buy from CONroy when he knows the vast majority now see through the bs. The amount him and his family and friends have raked in from morons exceeds the pathetic amount of shares they bought by multiples of at least ten.

It would seem the challengers don't have the spirit to fight it out in the market.
Conroy plainly has.

Strange. Quick to criticise proposed directors on their last record yet quick to get into bed with others with a less than perfect record. Or running out of bed fellows

I didnt say game over what I am saying is Professor Conroy knows exactly what he is doing .He has left it until the bitter end to start buying shares for one reason all the shares he buys will count and be able to vote .Any shares bought Monday Tuesday of next week by Joe Public wont count .
