Well done sellers youve just handed Conroy another 650,000 shares !
At this rate he will have over 20% by the cut off date of Wednesday next week and it looks like he can buy Monday and Tuesday and they will all count.
No one else can buy any shares now that are going to count !

FOLKS, if you accumulate stock after you e already advised your broker of your proxy instruction, remember to contact your broker again to get them to ensure your updated holding is counted.

I only found out today that stock I bought after 5th July (when my original proxy was sent in) hadn’t been updated to the registrar.

It means that some stock might not be counted in the vote even though you might assume it is.....

Best thing to do , reaffirm with your broker after you have got your final stock position, that your entire holding has been updated to the registrar with your voting instruction

Market seems in a complete state of paralysis. I can't get a sell quote (cf. wetdreamer, above). Likely stay that way until the vote makes mms. willing to make a market?

Thanks. Just wanted to check it wasn't just II .... long and short of it is you don't know by looking at your account if the shares have been settled without asking. They did tell me I could trade them though which surely perpetuates the problem!

Sir Ian - I asked them, pointed out the problems with some brokers and KDR shares atm. They assured me all my shares were good to vote.

Agreed lazygun probably just mms got caught short here as there has been a large chunk of the free float bought in the last few weeks.
Classic sign is when there is buying in the market and the share price doesnt move much but as soon as someone sells just one lot of shares share price drops back to try and get the sheep to start selling.

I’m less inclined to believe the mm’s are in cahoots with Karelian than to believe they are just up to their usual tricks of trying to balance their books when they know they’re short of stock. And at the same time trying to keep the price at artificial levels.

Supply / demand normally dictates that when demand is on the increase, and supply gets ever shorter, the price inevitably goes up. But if that means the mm’s end up getting squeezed, I guess they will try every means at their disposal to avoid that, usually with the private investors on the receiving end of it...

Out of interest witchywoo how did you know they were settled.I asked II for confirmation that they would vote all my shares as per my request and to confirm numbers. It was only at that point it was clear I had some unsettled trades

There certainly seems to be some odd behaviour going on for sure.

Suspension might not be a bad idea, but I don’t know who can request that.

Hi lazygun ive just replied.
This is a mm scam imho theyve no intention of delivering the shares before the EGM so you cant vote in favour of the resolutions .They hope and prey for CONroy to win price crashes on a another placing this time at 2p and the mms order their new Ferraris trousering between 1 and 2p profit on every share.
Hoops is right this should be suspended pending an investigation and EGM postponed until all shares are settled in CREST and able to vote.

Make official complaint with broker's compliance officer + FCA. Perhaps FCA have already had a no. of calls...

Mine were bought 5 weeks ago .Market makers are banking on a prof victory and then a big discounted placing to settle clients accounts imho .
Im furious no point complaining to the FCA there isnt time before weds to investigate the complaint .

I have had an update from my Broker Today.The market maker has not got the shares they are asking for them daily and without them i will be unable to vote.The cut off is next Wednesday so as a last resort they are going to see if the brokers they bought them off can vote on my behalf failing that thats it im afraid ive done everything i can .
In the event im not going to be able to vote I will next week judging on everyones notifiable holdings sell before the EGM if i think Conroy is going to win and hold if i think the requisitioners are going to win .
You will need to sell fast if CONroy wins as disillusioned holders throw in the towel and that is my plan for next week.
