Just remember if they are withholding price sensitive information then they are legally liable - full stop!!Also if anybody was aware of that and acted upon it by buying shares they would be breaking the law and liable to the full consequences of such!

We concentrate on small areas very closely.
Perhaps they already have found something of interest in Ireland .

Don't forget theres a confidentiality agreement with RTZ. This will limit the information company release. RTZ make Riihivaara high priority. This can go pop at anytime now.

The trouble is, I think, that what is happening at CGNR has sharpened everybody's attention, and has highlighted some significant 'failings' of the Board there. By being guilty of association, it is not very hard to look at similarities here, with the way that things have gone with CGNR! The common denominator being....? I have never held CGNR, or up to very recently, even been interested in it either as an investment or as a Company. Recent events have changed that, and it is easy to see how and why certain individuals have taken the bull by the horns to try to do things a little differently. Whatever your personal association, or your personal feelings towards Conroy, the business with the share purchase and Warrants just prior to the EGM, seemed to be the desperate act of somebody trying to protect the status quo. Whatever happens going forward, he has not exactly covered himself in glory and in my opinion, has destroyed whatever bit of credibility he had left, which in the long term, could make things very difficult for him. That would apply here at KDR also.
His name, and reputation, will be associated fully with KDR. I do see similarities with what has happened at CGNR. I think you would have to be blind to fail to recognise those similarities and be a little concerned! There are differences too though, and it is those differences that make all the difference to me! Conroy must be smarting now. He has had an almighty scare that must surely cajole him into looking into the way he operates much more closely, with BOTH of his Companies. He cannot afford people here starting to react in a similar fashion to those at CGNR.
All people want is a fair and timely update on what is going on. That is the information that we all base our investments on. What have we got, where's it at, how long is it going to be before we get it and how much would it cost to do so? 4 Questions, the answers to which would determine whether to stick, twist or fold. By now, our Board would know the answers to all those questions. Even an answer to the first two would help!

Having done some research into CGNR, I'm now writing off my £4K+ investment in KDR. The alarm bells rang when I read of the new interest in Northern Ireland and found that CMR have recently delisted after unsuccessfully pursuing diamonds there for 10 years. Conroy has delivered nothing for shareholders in either company for many years and his false optimism coupled with regular fundraising taint him with the believable allegations of being a self-serving con artist. I hope I'm wrong and I'm not selling, but faith is wearing thin!

But if it's out of their hands, then surely they can't talk openly about it at present ?
Personally, I,wouldn't expect news for a month or so yet.... but you just never know with these guys......

Certain moves have undoubtedly been made recently for a very specific reason.

Good to hear you have a considerable holding.......I feel your pain but antibiotics will heal that.

Folk thought Michaelangelo would finish his masterpiece in a day or two especially the site agent.

But when it was finally revealed, not a single person complained did they ?

I'm sure you won't either.

Keyser.....if it is out of KDRs hands now, then they should be making the Market, and us, know the reason why that is the case. It isn't a case of being selective, it was in direct response to the post Hoops made relating to that specific news regarding those samples. I am aware, and have been for some time, of what the situation is here. I have a considerable holding. Not quite as many as Hoops, or maybe Shambaby, l suspect, but l have many millions of reasons why I want this to work out in the way we all hope. It is a little while since I actually spoke with anybody directly at the Company, but it is something that I will be taking on board over the next week or so if no news is forthcoming. I have always found them approachable and helpful in past conversations, however, with the current situation at CGNR, I can understand why they may be a little reticent to talk with investors just now!

67 diamonds recovered....6 macro diamonds....and what do they lead to/suggest ?

That is all in black and bloody white....would you agree ?

Those who attended the private meet in 2014 heard it clearly stated that the Seitapera DIAMONDIFEROUS pipe was left complete at 80/85% for a very good reason.

I'd strongly suggest that reason was to pinpoint strategic areas at Riihivaara which certainly appears to be the case with progress made there resulting in KDR being made high priority by RTZ......which is worth about $94billion give or take a few quid...

This is far from a dead duck......

Many shares are unloved and share price falls accordingly due to a news hiatus, that is how AIM works...but when they explode by hundreds of percent on unexpected news, so many PI's say "where the hell did that come from"

That will undoubtedly happen here.....I'd also strongly say it's all in the hands of RTZ for now...............

The news to come is expected by those who have diligently researched, met the BOD regularly and travelled to certain areas.
