A non issue, I suggest

1) It's a small company closely overseen by the active directors. Do they need an FD?
2) At this point, it's 's..t or bust'. Who would take the job if they tried to recruit outside?

No chance of a change on the BOD last year's events at cgnr is the proof of that .We will all have to fall on our swords and except our losses some a lot larger than others unfortunately. It could find the source of the green diamonds tomorrow but the share price would still go down after an early mini spike as the disillusioned here sell out there really is no hope therefore
