I agree, recall that the note re consolidation was "result in a share price more
appropriate for your Company and more attractive to a greater number of
investors". More appropriate for what? A wannabee diamond hunter or a company on the cusp of declaring some very nice assets. Hope so. Roll on 2018.

Indeed so, RB. Very fast price recovery after the CGNR announcement. Which why I decided to put in an 'each way' bet late yesterday afternoon at what is just below the preconsolidation (lowest ever) price. After all, The Welsh National Meeting at Chepstow (horse racing to the purer minded who are above these things) was abandone and I was deprived of the afternoon punt.

It was a nice announcement at cgnr real hope there surely prof won't let kdr shareholders down and can pull a similar deal out of the bag this would be very good for the share price

There is going to be a fund raising exercise very soon imo so no point at all buying in before these details and terms have been reported to the market as they are likely to be at a discount to the current share price .Then it's a punt on either you believe professor conroy and buy in or think he is a con man and this is a life style company and stay away im going for the former I trust the professor and I am waiting to buy in

RBonnier's is plainly the sensible position. But I must say I remain a little intrigued, as posted earlier, by the mixture of putting off the Accounts to the latest possible date/ an unqualified audit report given the current funding available/ assertion in the Chairman's Report that there will be concentrated effort (i.e. expenditure) on the identified areas in 2018. The Report refers, as it must, to confidence in raising further funds and the Auditors must have been satisfied as to this. Why then the delays? The hope (reasonable expectation?) that in the short term they will be able to call a higher price for the placing?

A couple of intriguing months ahead. One thing certain, anyway. This is the end game.

Im looking at buying back in but can't until the placing has been announced if it's at 5p you will be able to buy at 5.25 ish so will have to hang on and see what happens can't see the share price going anywhere until this is out in the open

The kdr team seem almost determine not to encourage new investors ? for example if they released warrants prior consolidation the share price would have established a much healthier level.??
Would it not make more sense to consolidate at let's say 100/1 for more meat on the bone??
Maybe it's a bigger picture building on a up and coming deal ?
Maybe it's a next Friday bucket shop placing? ?
But who would want to participate at this level without any reason. ?
The share price would be back to .3 before you could say.!!!Diamonds are a girls best friend

A number start well and collapseNot hiding from the fact that the share price ain't great and won't help for future fund raise if and when required.Buying at the bottom though makes sense and the upside here is still the same just closer imo
