Other companies do get the shareprice mobilisation right and well timed to suit their needs. As the share price rises they raise capital.

Others cant do that and it is a death spiral to a lower and lower price.

Since I first went in 2014 there has been significant progress in all areas bar the share price which is what most care about. I must admit to expecting faster progress but I know so little and learning all the time.

Good to put a face to a few names on here. Some interesting pieces in the presentation and good to talk to Kevin and Stephen directly

So, ideally we need to get to 25p on the bid to get us back to around the 1p mark before consolidation. Nobody has mentioned anything about funding going forward, but at 6.5p bid, there is plenty of room now to raise funds at a discount to today's price. Timescale then is going to be the important factor now. How soon can the Company release value creating news to underpin our current market valuation? We have had the capital reorganisation, now the consolidation. CGNR is doing ok on its recent news and funding strategy. Time to turn the attention to KDR I think and start to return some sort of shareholder value.

Apologies guys, I was referring to the AGM results news bulletin. I found it very 'soundbite-ish'. It was like a project mission statement - very woolly optimism. I know what it's like to be a small company punching above ones weight. I'm doing it myself albeit on a much smaller scale and cash flow counts for everything to do with progress. I hope they do pull something out of the bag. Obvious question is where will the money come from?

Nobody knows if/when they will discover the source of that diamond, and nobody knows whether analysis of the existing spoil will prove the $211m am under-estimate or not. My guess is 16 months plus or minus six months for either a source discovery or an announcement we have a prospect of an economic mine, or both. Maybe a source announcement will be a tad sooner. If that’s how long it takes, then it does. DYOR

Just got home!!
PROF was a bit conservative today but that may have been due to the loss of his sister in law yesterday and i thought he handled the meeting like a trooper.
Kev and Mr Grimmer however was on top form and i must add the prospects for Kdr from the presentation are mind blowing in real terms of what we have!! also bare in mind not one bad sample !!!>>>>>>>>>>>>~
Nothing changed here regards the downturn in share price However are we about to receive positive news to increase the share price and we all expect a placing but what will it be wrapped in ???????????
Grimmer was upbeat as was kevin and the end game is a provance not one asset !!!
Sorca looked relaxed and commented to me this has always been her preferred company out of the two!!!IIf a deal was to be done she could carry it out with SF.
Mock all you will this 500/1 shot has been greatly reduced in my mind .
Are buying more Steve ffs ??? 23mil is more then enough for a great future!!!
Happy christmas all !!!!!!!!!!!!

There were no soundbites that I recall from the AGM, but a convincing display of serious knowledge and experience, and a perfectly sound refusal to put out exaggerated claims through too frequent thin air RNS announcements.

This extremely small company, with little resource and focussing very carefully, may well be on the edge of a cluster. Even if it is, even if there are big diamonds once every few cubic metres, it may well involve more long and painstaking work before something easy and economic is found, and much longer before anyone looks back and says, "look at the extent of it!".

That diamond didn't come from nowhere. The $211million estimated resource may be more, and may be economic - but this company will examine it re carefully than anyone has before, and will know on evidence and be sure to prove it is before they raise or spend serious money.

It's a long term business, and always has been, but on that slow trajectory they are doing very well and have just taken on once again a very experienced development manager whose initial task seems to be to analyse the existing spoil and perhaps prove they have something economic to develop - which you would, wouldn't you, before trying to raise £20m or more to dig it all out ?

Pity the market doesn't see it that way, and we can all look back and say "I should have bought later, or earlier", but this is a long shot which looks as though it is becoming less of a long shot. If they have to dilute again, and we have 10% of what we have now, and then in two or five years time it goes up by a factor of 200, well that's how it goes. If we all waited until just before the big move upwards, nothing would ever happen.

The slide show will be on the website soon, and (from memory, I haven't checked) there were one or two slides that were new and intriguing.

And if you're worried about CGNR, you will be interested to know that they seemed very amicable and have plans to go forward. Another long term venture.

Only my impressions, DYOR, stocks can go down as well as up, etc etc

Can anybody who attended the AGM provide any sort of update as to what was said or suggested? Share price reaction post AGM doesn't raise the hopes overly much!

An abhorrent share price performance.

And yet some progress has been made of the field, but the market questions whether returns are ever likely to be made? The oracle of the market answers : “” NO “”!!!.

Looks like there wasn't anything to persuade those who attended to fill their boots anyway. Not looking brilliant for tomorrow's consolidation price is it 🙄🙄
