I'm sorry to say this is just CGNR all over again. And still the usual suspect will try to spin it as being OK (after a little pretend annoyance at the bod). I guess news is reaching KDR investor's about the disgraceful behaviour of the bod regarding CGNR. Conroy's 'victory'.

I will say this: what these companies are getting away with, whilst legal, is utterly immoral.

There does seem to be a consistent trend here in share price collapse followed by consolidation followed by same again where Beauforts are brokers - maybe I've just been bitten far too many times by their hard selling in the past!!!

Spot on Paul, that sort of problem is just all too well known, happens time and time again.

Before long the reconsolidated shares will be 0.3p.

The puppy will be pleased.

At what price is the placing going to be 5p ? Bid will be 4.75 immediately on the open then it could drift as there will be an overhang and there will be T sellers trapped by the bucket shops 4p looks like a good time to buy back in for me next year has to be kdr year surely ?

The problem I have repeatedly experienced with consolidation in numerous companies I have shares with, is that the 'new' price gives the market makers some meat on the bone to reduce the price still further. At 0.25p there is not much room to play with, but at say 7.5p, oh yes we will chip some of that... Within a short while the price is down to 4.5p and a whole chunk of value disappears. I hope I am wrong but seen it too many times...:(

The Board of Karelian Diamond Resources has announced a reorganisation of the Company's Share Capital. Subject to approval, Shareholders as at close of business on 21 December 2017 will have their holding consolidated, receiving 1 new Share in place of every 25 Shares previously held.

Dealing in the new Shares is expected to commence on AIM from 22 December 2017.

Would be good to catch up with anyone going to the agm this year. I have been a couple of times in the past. Not decided what I'm wearing but there won't be many middle agm balding Yorkshireman at the event .
