Thanks rivaldo and to the others that enjoyed the write up.Anyway, good to see you here and also the Naked Trader's comments.Small cap arena under the cosh at present as we all know and K3C obviously not immune. That said, we've seen it before and it usually presents some decent opportunities, so hoping for some nice upside here over the medium term.

Cheers hastings, an excellent summary. I bought some of these recently too - as you say, this seems a quality company on a very low rating.

I note that the Naked Trader was also very positive about K3C in his update yesterday afternoon:



"It doesn't seem to matter how decent a statement a company puts out, shares almost
always go down on the day of a report!

It is very frustrating for especially longer-term shareholders. In the end, if you think you have a quality company value will out and often it can be worth holding on.

I guess markets just take profits now on results days whatever!

One example is K3C, a long-term hold for me which produced excellent results, looks cheap but went down on results.

The flipside is if you like a share, results are decent and they drop on results wait a couple of days and pick some up on the weakness.

For example you can now get K3C cheaper than a few days ago - and if you can get quality at a discount, eventually the profits should come in. K3C is near the top of my list of potential bid targets this year."

I will buy in the morning , the only thing I might just hold off on buying a full load as there's a gap on the chart ! Hate Gaps as they always tend to get filled . It's at about 2.80 ish ! So I might put another buy-order in a bit lower to cover my self but all looks good . Recent statement all positive and directors all look like they know what their talking about . And a dividend.

Seems to me any company reporting at the moment needs to be "significantly ahead", or the share price gets trashed!!

Yes, the Investormeet presentation and Q&A was very slick and quite believable, scarily so; John Rigby is a polished presenter..This looks like a business on-a-role, particularly in view of the cross-selling that seems to be taking place and the anticipation of the up-tick in the insolvency area. Clearly we need to allow a little time for the fee-earners to contribute to revenue/profit. The KPI's phasing looked supportive, I await the opportunity to review in a little more detail.
