A PE of 13.5 looks attractive for some fading cash cow. It looks insane for a fast growing small company paying steady and growing divis.

If I've done my sums right, I get an EPS of 24.6 and PE of 13.5 which looks attractive!

Yes, CEO John Rigby has said they are planning to build a billion pound company so no lack of ambition there. I agree that they also have the capability to quadruple their current size to get there. There will be ups and downs and I'm in for the long haul and will top up on dips.

They presented very well at Mello. They look very well set.Ambitious capable management, a nice mix of businesses that complement each other, excellent data driven client acquisition process, good dividend payments coming down the line, hugely cash generative, lots of room for expansion in the markets they operate in and 40% owned by the people who work in the business, prudent accounting.Lots of positives here for me.

Not sure why this is down so much today? I know the whole market is down due to covid variant news but not by this much?

Good luck with your investments Simba_ but I am staying put.

Take a look at Pantheon Resources (PANR) some big gains still to come on this one and a very good bulletin board on here as well. DYOR.

No-one's more disappointed than me on K3C's share price since the results. After all, I put it out there on a few platforms that K3C was likely to hit 400p this month! At the moment that looks fairly ridiculous and it does have the possibility to move sideways for a few months. However, I don't see it dropping much under 320p so believe it's near its floor.

Have they overstretched themselves with the acquisitions over the last 18 months? I don't believe so as I think they're well run and excel in company mergers. I also think Quantuma in particular will prove to be very lucrative.

All the best everyone and Simba I'm impressed by your 20% return, where that came from, and where you might invest next.

Cheers,
Ken

Thanks, Ken. I appreciate that. It's always a tough decision and annoyingly I have of course left myself with the dilemma of where to allocate new capital..I'm out here at over 20% return so even if it does turn out that I'm wrong on this, it won't sting too bad. I guess on that note, I do hope it goes on to do well for you while I find something to replace it..I'll keep a close eye on the situation from here and if it does appear to be an error on my part, I hope I'm able to leave my biases aside and allow myself back in..Good luck to you, too. And how much better it is when opposite sides can be respectful. We're all playing the same game at the end of the day.

Sorry to see you go Simba but I could see you were talking yourself into an exit.

Good luck with your future investments but hope you're wrong on this one.

I grudgingly sold today. Share price will obviously reach all time highs and go on to be a multiple bagger by tomorrow..Risk for me was simply that it's become too complicated a business. Growth via acquisitions tends to be costly. And trying to be everywhere usually gets you nowhere..And for that reason, I'm Duncan Bannatyne.

I dont really like where we're at now. K3 went from a simple high margin business to one that now seems all over the place and margins have been decimated. This deemed remuneration confuses me. We can expect to see more of it whilst therye in buy everything mode so I dont know how to account for it..This plus a muted reaction from the market on what was supposed to be excellent results and technically it looks like it's in some sort of wedge. Bounced bang on support line. Next resistance looks around 360. It could pop either way but I'm getting itchy feet. I feel I like it less as a business..I'll wait to see if heads back towards 360 and how it deals with that if it does. .Happy sunday, folks :)

I like this company. Very well managed and currently undervalued imo. Like others, I intend to hold and re-invest the divi.
