15/10/2021 07:42 | Excellent results on the way. We have a results release date at last and it's 1st November. As expected, there's an indication that the results are very strong so expect the share price to pick up signifucantly from here. "Following a review of the Company's accounting policies, the Board now expects the Group's revenue and adjusted EBITDA* for the year ended 31 May 2021 to be ahead of the numbers announced in the trading update on 15 June 2021 which stated revenue of c.£46m and adjusted EBITDA* of not less than £14.25m." | w13ken
14/10/2021 07:37 | W13Ken - as a quoted company one has external people to keep the market informed. If they don't perform it shows shoddy choices by the company or an issue. I don't want to get into an argument but laughing off a breach of market terms of reference, to serious investors, is not helpful. GLA | johnrxx99
12/10/2021 13:10 | All good points adipsia1. I really like what I've seen so far and believe they are ambitious but not overstretching themselves. This should be an excellent investment for the next 3 years. | w13ken
12/10/2021 11:16 | K3C are a newly quoted company in acquisitive growth mode, and have been repositioning the business over the past few years from what was basically a business-listing/low They're very young in quoted company terms, and undoubtedly it will take some time to integrate new companies. You can't expect expert PR from young companies at this stage in their business cycle. Leaving aside PR for the moment, I can believe that HR management is also going to be a nightmare from an integration perspective. Also, bear in mind that the majority of fee-income this year will be derived from a division that wasn't even part of K3C's group last year. It's going to be an exciting time for everyone in the company... and I'm sure there will be some nail-biting amongst shareholders whilst things bed down. | adipsia1
11/10/2021 11:55 | Ha ha, cheers PP. I agree that they do tend to neglect the PR and investor updating side of things. I'll be generous and say that's because they are focusing on the job in hand of growing the business successfully. I hope so as they are the #2 holding in my portfolio. That's based mostly on my own research (#770, #785) of piecing together the individual successes of the strands of the business. I predicted that we would see 400p in October. That will be much more difficult now after the market drop but I'm still expecting a significant boost once we get an across-the-board update for the first time. | w13ken
11/10/2021 10:28 | Thanks again Ken, shame you are not in charge of PR for K3C isn't it. We would all benefit from being correctly informed about the financial calendar. | purplepelmets
11/10/2021 09:36 | We should receive an RNS soon to confirm the FY results release as there's an Investor Meet presentation next week. K3C Investor Meet Preliminary Results Presentation: 19th Oct 2021 at 4:45pm BST. | w13ken
07/10/2021 07:19 | They should inform the market then - Sharescope still has it as yesterday. | johnrxx99
07/10/2021 06:26 | No they didn't. W13Ken22 Sep '21 - 09:42 - 780 of 793 0 11 0 I wrote to K3C this morning about results and meeting dates and received a quick response from the CFO. Seems reasonable given the circumstances and I'm still confident that it will be worth waiting for. "Given our transformational year through acquisitions in FY21, we decided to go out with our results 4 weeks later this year – purely in order to ensure we had appropriate time with the audit and also preparing a meaningful annual report as it will be quite a deviation this year due to our numerous revenue streams. We will make an announcement on dates in the coming week or so but are aiming for late October. I expect we will continue with our investor meets company presentations, so look forward to updating you in due course." | purplepelmets

06/10/2021 18:55 | Why did it drop so much today? It’s been quite stable on other turbulent days | darrenp746

28/9/2021 15:51 | Some confident buyers out there! | gswredland
27/9/2021 09:34 | K3C cannot stay under the radar for much longer and I think the results in the next few weeks will bring them a lot more attention. Interestingly, Duff & Phelps - who runs businesses of the same type as K3C - were bought for $4.2bn by Stone Point in January this year. K3C Market is just £260m. DYOR and good luck. "As the Covid-19 pandemic continues to push the global economy into a sustained recession, Quantuma is only the latest in a string of consultancies specialising in insolvency and corporate recovery services to attract backing. The likelihood of heightened business for the restructuring consulting segment was recently illustrated by a consortium of investors led by Stone Point Capital and Further Global, who were willing to sink an estimated $4.2 billion into the purchase of Duff & Phelps." | w13ken
27/9/2021 09:33 | K3C's Annual results will be released in late October rather than late September this year due to its "transformational year". I decided to look back at what has occurred since that financial year started in June 2020 and it's true there has been a huge amount of activity and acquisitions. As per their website: "The acquisitions are in line with K3’s strategy to acquire complementary and value accretive businesses to build out its existing SME focussed service lines." * Aug 2020: Acquisition of Quantuma (restructuring and insolvency, corporate finance, forensic accounting and investigations) for £27m, immediately earning enhancing. * Sep 2020: Acquisition of rannd (helps businesses to secure R&D tax credits from the government in return for a percentage of the amount achieved) * Feb 2021: Launch of K3 Hub, a new member network for intermediaries that offers a single point of contact for K3C's many subsidiary companies. * Mar 2021: Forecast upgrade of EBITDA of no less than £12 million. Acquisition of inTax (leading tax investigations team is comprised of Chartered Tax Advisers and former HMRC Inspectors) and Aspect Plus (Insolvency Practioners). * Apr 2021: Another Forecast upgrade: Revenue expected to be in the region of £45 million and Adjusted EBITDA* of no less than £13.25 million. * Jun 2021: Revenues approximately £46.0 million and adjusted EBITDA* of not less than £14.25 million Post Year-end: * Jul 2021: Acquisition of Knight R&D (specialist research and development (R&D) tax advisory firm servicing UK SMEs) * Jul 2021: Acquisition of Knight Corporate Finance Group (specialist M&A advisory firm within the telecoms and tech sector) | w13ken
24/9/2021 21:22 | Picked up on Twitter but doesn't seem to have made it here, Quantuma picked up the Derby County administration. | mighunter

21/9/2021 16:19 | K3 Capital play their cards pretty close to their chest when it comes to forthcoming updates but, as per others above, last year's Final Results were released on 22nd September. Last year they also held an Investor presentation on 24th September. I hope and expect that we should hear some news in the next week and that the world takes notice of how quickly yet steadily K3C are growing. Fair value 776p on Simply Wall Street. | w13ken |
