I do not think that the institutions will wish to sell at anything less than 15%,and the fact that they paid the market price is all good. Further, the fact that KBT have an excellent record of co. purchases, and will no doubt use it for that purpose. the news continues to be positive and i beleive that the share price will grow fairly quickly. all good in my view.

TIM,

Yes the placing was substantial, but to be placed at 116p was very good. So often, we see placings at a price below prevailing market i.e. based upon the average over the preceding 3 or 6 months, which in our case would have meant say sub 110p. Indeed there will be an overhang, but if we can make solid (albeit modest) progress, based upon good news, performance and sound fundamentals we'll shift the overhang or some of the takers will sit in for the long ride.

I really wouldn't worry about it - in fact, if anything, view it as a very solid support level, which given the share price performance over recent years will be very welcome.

Chin up!

Unfortunately a huge placing at 116p, far too cheap, is going to cause a huge stock overhang and keep the share price from moving up untill the institutions have made their quick profit at our expense.

I thought the placing price was to be 116p - if so, I would see that as positive.

I always vote against placings where institutions get shares, usually on the cheap and private investors like me do not get the same opportunities.

Docs arrived today.

In brief, they've spent most of the money raised previously on the investment in Sirvis (although I'm not clear as to the effect of that investment upon the decision of the major Sirvis client who had expressed strong desires for Sirvis to remain independent) - KBT now wish to issue more shares as a means of further fund raising to provide the Management with flexibility in dealing with current and potential future acquisitions.

Interesting RNS - haven't yet received the posted details, but am intrigued to see what it's all about.

SP appears to have resumed its ascent after the brief retracement and pause for breath - it would be good to break the long deserved 120p level.

Well, looks like we've just taken a 30% share in Sirvis - I wonder what the implications of that are in respect of the disaffected client?

Wording in header is misleading but it's quite clearly KBT making the offer.

Ticker for Sirvis SRV...

RNS 6423N is quite explicit - K3 is making the acquisition.

Very strange wording to the RNS re Sirvis - header suggests that KBT are the prey, rather than potential acquisitor.

I'm in this morning. If the management are prepared to throw in over half a million on the placing @ 105p, I'm happy to throw in my 2p worth.

Give K3 their due, they do seem to be making a habit of securing repeat business. Furthermore, I suspect that the satisfied repeat clients will be likely to pass on the good word.
