Earnings would be close to half a billion dollars! It's not unrealistic.

Lights-out 80p - £1.00, you for realise how many shares are on the register!

With all these warrants coming through, "a rise the likes of which has never been seen" is doubtful.

Maybe an offer of 15p is about right

When the Northern Zambia strategy is secured forget 20p. With current earnings now at 100mil the company should be valued at 30p at 8.5 P.E
We would be looking at 80p to 100p imho.

There always seems to be something holding us back. I long for that smug feeling I had when we went from 3p to 20p. I used to spend all day smiling and being nice to people.

Chaps,
Emailed JLP, asking for clarification. They say 50T of contained =200T of end product.
Need to know the differnence, are we selling 50T at $50,000 or 220T at $50,000.

Quite important in my HO.

GLA,
Cheers

If out final product has a higher or lower percentage of Cobalt then that will obviously affect our sale price. Currently our final product contains around 20% cobalt so we earn 20% of the cobalt price. Our capacity to produce final product is a known figure but the cobalt content is a variable dependant on the feed stock...

If our final product contains 20% cobalt then the figures quoted are about right. The contained number is about 20% of the final product number. Do we not earn about 80% of full price of cobalt ? So about 80% of the cobalt price for the contained cobalt with 45% profit margin.

According to RNS we will produce a final product equivalent to 1200t of cobalt. So 1200 x $52k = $62.4 million. 45% margin gives you $28million to the bottom line pre tax...

Chozza .. thanks for your efforts. I wonder if Bullster is still around .. he usually had a good angle on the numbers. Hopefully a reply from the company will clarify . Huge difference on Tonyevo’s guidance

Millwallfan,
As you already have a heavy cross to bear, (sorry, couldn't resist). I'll email JLP and ask what the difference is between contained and regular cobalt, and what they will be selling and at what price. It makes a huge difference to revenue/profit and should have been explained in the RNS.

In the Congolese-Zambian Copperbelt, several
100 million tonnes of tailings and slags have been
produced through decades of mining activities. This
is symbolised by the "Big Hill" slag heap, a prominent
landmark of the city of Lubumbashi. Heavy metal
contamination of rivers and soils, which is frequently
observed in the region, indicates that the storage and
disposal of historical tailings often took place without
adequate protective cover or sealing. As a result of
the high residual cobalt content of tailings, secondary
processing has become economically attractive;
it is currently being planned or already ongoing in
several industrial projects. Furthermore, artisanal
miners perform manual reprocessing of tailings. The
residual cobalt content of the tailings is in the range
of 0.2 to > 2 %, although not all of this is economically
recoverable
this refers to copper/cobalt tailings
is this relevant?

Hi Frog,
My post #49264, details Y/E 2022 results plus what I understand from most recent RNS.

Tonyevo in recent post might have blown it up as he may well have a better handle on Cobalt prices than I, which despite best efforts on Goggle, cannot establish what "contained cobalt" is. RNS referred to contained cobalt, 50 T =220 T final product and annual target of 1200 (contained) = 5280 T final product. I have made the assumption that final product is the cobalt sold on the market for around $50,000. Makes a big difference.

If anyone knows (tony?) what contained cobalt is as compared to "regular" cobalt as a saleable end product please enlighten us.

Thanks in anticipation.

Cheers,
Chozza
