Let’s be conservative and say that Windsor pgms is making 1 million per month=12 million + 15.75 = 27.75 million + 6 million from Windsor chrome = 33.75 million profit
Per year without anything from DCM or Kabwe.

Also we now know at this basket price we are making $450 per ounce at Hernic.
So with an extra 20% feed, let’s say 35,000 ounces = 15.75 million profit from Hernic.

I've got a feeling Samancor are about to become a Jubilee shareholder in return for the chrome.

Thanks robers98 for the link. Excellent interview, Leon certainly very confident indeed.

Looking forward to rapid future growth here.

GSG, yes I spotted that little slip up at
7.30 onwards.

initially he said jlp would update shareholders on windsor "shortly"

but from 7.30 onwards he let slip about next week.He seems enthusiastic about the project can see exceptional early numbers from that project.

Very good webcast

Leon looks like he is itching to report on Windsor!

10p by year end may just be a bit of a stretch, but I have a good feeling on this old dog.

:-) plat- think we would need some very solid numbers from Windsor PGM'S to get to 5p. But hey very happy to be wrong.

BB2 - Windsor 2.7 g/t then fine chrome removal and 60,000 tpm not 42,000 tpm. IMHO that will make a significant difference compared to Hernic.

BB2 - Leon and numbers..... they change pretty much every RNS . IMHO
So don't get too tied up on them, they'll drive you nuts.

Bullster,

Can you tell me where you get your understanding of the Windsor deal from. My understanding is that production will be 30,000 PGM oz and the earnings from this 30,000 oz will be split with Jubilee retaining the majority. The 2,800 PGM oz per month was initially referred to in the RNS on 18 April 2018. This RNS also stated that "All earnings generated by the sale of the recovered PGM ounces will be shared at an agreed earning split, with Jubilee retaining a significant majority of the earnings". My understanding is not that 2,800 oz pm produced (33,600 pa) of which we keep 30,000 oz. I am happy to be corrected.

Regards, BB2.

Thanks 1MM.
For some reason I thought the fine chrome units were standardised at a capacity of 50,000 tonnes per month. I'll check that with JLP.

Thank you for taking time to reply. I am still struggling to see your numbers though. To me 2.7g/t is pretty similar to 2.4g/t. Hopefully, we will soon see the actual figures when we get the next update.

Hi GSG,
I thought that the fine chrome was a set capacity unit at 25,000 tonnes per month. If you want more capacity add additional units. That's what I thought anyway.

That 600,000 T at hernic that we have already processed..... 30% fine chrome?

As for PGMs, the rather dubious calculation I did earlier would suggest less than 0.8 g/t. Before fine chrome removal. After would have it at about 1g/t. So no idea if it would be viable to reprocess. All conjecture at the moment.

BB2- RNS 15TH june 2017
"The Hernic Surface Material has been independently fully drilled and assayed for chrome and PGM content. This has resulted in an independent resource statement of 1.7 million tonnes, of which approximately 90% of the resource is classified in the measured category under the internationally recognised SAMREC code. Hernic also has access to secondary surface stocks, which it has internally identified and could increase the surface stocks to in excess of 3 million tonnes through further drilling programmes. The Project is estimated to contain total PGMs in excess of 224 000 (3PGM + Au) oz"

According to my calculator that would put hernic feed at 2.4g/t. So Windsor might only be 50 % better.... damn!

deme : From yesterday.

"Surely they must be in detailed negotiations on the chrome, otherwise why put the spotlight on it?"

1MM. Any thoughts as to the monthly capacity of the fine chrome unit that JLP would put into Hernic if they gained ownership of the chrome there? Also any thoughts as to the PGM percentage that would be remaining at Hernic once fine chrome is removed?

BB2 - RNS 17th March 2017.

Jubilee acquires  rights to 1.25 million tonnes of new platinum-bearing surface material at estimated grade of 2.7 g/t  4E PGMs (platinum, palladium, rhodium and  gold) as well as all future platinum bearing material processed

·     The acquisition is targeted to add 14 000 oz PGMs annually to Jubilee’s existing PGM production from tailings and 3rd ore

·     The acquisition places the Company’s  production trajectory at stable operations at 50 000 oz PGMs per annum  with no exposure to deep level mining

·     New material processing rate targeted at 25 000 t/m

·     Projected PGM grade of new  tailings  is exceptional compared with other similar material

·     New tailings location within near trucking distance of Hernic Project’s PGM processing plant but option is available to Jubilee  to construct dedicated PGM plant adjacent to new material

·     Acquisition cost of £3.13 (ZAR 50) per tonne of upgraded platinum surface material remaining after the on-going further recovery of chromite

..........
The last statement is the important bit. Further removal of the chrome will result in more PGM'S per tonne.

Why would JLP big up the significance of the chrome aspect, which surely would only push the price of the acquisition up?

Unless they have already negotiated the deal and are just going through the fine details
