Workers work because they don't understand business, yet demanding more in a view of what they deserve from the business is a common feeling of the worker, uneducated in the field of business.

The unions are are just workers with enough subscribers that allows them to blackmail business into submission, sometimes it turns out to be an excerise of self harm though...
