Maybe find a different word to describe people you feel threatened by, and jealous of. 'Elite' has become something of a dog whistle term. To hear the odious Garage use it, is ironic to say the least: public school millionaire metals trader, with a generously stuffed EU pension. You gotta laugh.

We may be rich, but to say we wont care about democracy is not true.

This whole fiasco just shows how we are not democratic in the slightest and all those conspiracy theories about being run by the elite are actually true.

You're right, they've forgotten about the 57% increase in Q1 project earnings, driven by Platcro Chrome generating 10 times more in project earnings than the interest bill on the USD 6m of debt, the ongoing ramp up of DCM chrome earnings and the new Platcro PGMs earnings stream arriving in 2-3 weeks if Northam, not JLP, do what they say they will. It's obviously just a big con to ensure investors vacillate between 10 bagging hubris and pyramid scheme paranoia every couple of weeks. And Doctors say meds for manic depression are over-prescribed nowadays?! :-)

Or, considering the turnout of 37% at best... only a 20% of the total electorate are motivated enough over brexit.You can argue first past the post of course but it's not a fundamental majority

Only in this country can we have:

A referendum to leave the EU (to which leave won) - People say, that the leavers did not know what they voted for.

A General Election, where AGAIN the majority voted for parties that promised to leave the EU in their manifestos. - Again we leavers did not know what they voted for and the country is now moving to remain.

We have an EU election where the brexit party have absolutely smashed it and stole the show - Yet apparently this shows that we no longer want to leave the EU.

Funny / scary thing is some people lap this up and believe the media!

FWIW the JIM Nominees Jarvis Account will include a lot of people like me who have taken part in various JLP share placings via Shard Capital. Jarvis handle all the trades for Shard so mots will be held by HNWI's who hold less than a disclosable amount individually.
