That's the problem The Bull, I'm sure there must be a few majors eyeing up Jubilee as would be a very good asset for them, now that Jubilee have the licence for Tjate & Kabwe and the funding sorted for Kabwe etc., plus the $50m loan facility in place and the projects underway. We have to hope the share price reaches 10p plus very quickly before any company approaches Jubilee with an offer.

The problem is, is that if say the share price was 8p and a major makes an offer of say 12p even though pi's might want 15-20p+ we wouldn't be able to do anything if the ii's accepted the low offer, if they have the majority voting power. Please correct me if I'm wrong in my thinking.

This is an interesting period. We may possibly see the extent of any true back ground buy pressure, depending on how the share price behaves with this pullback and the associated volumes.

Some got on the bus (JLP) too early. Some have been on and off the bus many times. The bus wasn’t for advancing until the first team climbed on board. Well now we have our ‘star players’ (ii’s) onboard and the wheels they now are a turning. Of course, some will want to jump off before the game really starts and there will be others on the bus masquerading as players. Such individuals even get to run on the pitch but, unlike the first team players, their ‘strip’ has a zip running up the back. Those that have been ensconced on the bus for some time have had to put up with the antics of such ‘mascots,̵7; but it’s of no relevance now. Interesting times.

Quite right, could squeeze another gain tomorrow but it will take a good step back before it goes up again unless stonking news keeps it on the up and up.

Losta, 50p come on now, your getting somewhat ahead of yourself. I can see us being bought long before 50p, my guess is we get bought around 15-20p and these institutions who are building a sizeable stake who we think are with us, are for themselves and 15-20p would be a nice exit.

I think the dynamic is institutions who read the prospectus and participated in the placing could see Jubilee was worth a lot more than the placing price with Kabwe funded and have either carried on buying or flagged it to their peers as one to watch. PIs wade in behind the institutions for fear of missing out. The other angle for me is that Jubilee was a strong buy with just PlatCro chrome, DCM fine chrome, and PlatCro PGMs coming on stream. Kabwe has just added 18 years of potentially stellar earnings to that mix. I'm hoping that Jubilee have something else up their sleeve in the next 1-2 months, maybe a cobalt deal in Zambia, a waste portfolio management contract, or a fine chrome roll out deal, something that is unquestionably value adding for shareholders, that would really be the icing on the cake. The relentlessness of the recent rise and the shortness of any interludes of profit taking, make me wonder whether institutions suspect something else is about to land.

was not the sheep effect for me.

1. I already held a large number of shares
2. I mentioned I was going to top up before the share price started to move. And cursed it when it started to move the day before my top up.

Just because I was giving Leon and Colin a daily bashing on here does not mean I was not invested. If anything you would think I was over invested!

There was good reason to give our BOD a drubbing on a near daily basis when you see what type of shareholder value they had provided over the last few years.
I digress onward and upwards. now let's have an AST moment this week please:)

There was many reasons why pi's held back buying imo as I mentioned in post 9498 to Aceshi. However, the main thing imo that held pi's back from buying, was that pi's knew Jubilee would most likely need funding for Kabwe, some thought they would use the $50m loan facility but the uncertainty held pi's back from buying, until we knew for sure. So now that Jubilee is fully funded with the security of ii's, plus many other things were confirmed like PlatCro providing revenue ahead of schedule plus the interims showing a maiden profit, the UK Investor show Leon attended, plus broker note, everything is coming together, and pi's now have a clearer understanding of how quickly Jubilee is going to grow from here and shows the HUGE potential here and how undervalued JLP currently is. The backing of the ii's and rich investors gives pi's more confidence to invest too.

The above imo is why we are seeing more pi's get onboard, plus as stated in the past the sheep effect, which is probably what made deme buy last week and finally stopped the daily deramping. The larger buys could well be either from those ii's already invested or fund managers as I've mentioned recently taking a position here.

Nice to see another small rise today.

Shift the decimal point to the right and we’ll have the same share price as BMN.

We should easily achieve that towards year end imo.

Just look at the figures that Bullster is kindly providing for us.

This rise is nothing to what is coming. Pi’s will gradually sell to insti’s and millionaire/billionaires as many find it difficult to comprehend just how much profit the company is starting to make.

I will hold and review at 50p, nothing less.

deme, go read thru all the derampers posts, saying kabwe will not happen, pi's waiting for news on kabwe before buying, the drop in share price caused by kabwe... Get rid of Leon...Why the delay in fine chrome, it will never happen etc., etc. Pi's waiting for confirmation... No ii's will invest here... Why did you suddenly buy?

Try doing some research deme, then you will know why pi's & ii's are buying now. Oh and where is AcesHi, after being so negative since creating his/her username last year, suddenly stopped posting a week ago, just as the share price started rising.
