Last thing we need is a takeover bid unless it starts with a 5 and ends in an 0 then I’d support it.

The next year and beyond will see the share price soar and continue soaring as more and more majors seek Jubilee’s expertise in turning forgotten tailings into money.

This is another “Arm Holdings” Mark my words.

Suit yourself nelson

I'm not saying Jubilee won't do well over time but 10 bag targets are ridiculous. It won't be long before you're all saying 6p by Christmas and even that will be a stretch

My prediction is a range bound share price over summer, it will move up towards year end. Kabwe will be delayed, maybe another placing or two, full year financials will disappoint and the share price falls back

Maybe early 2020 it will start to move again. You have to manage your expectations for Kabwe and the time it will take to generate earnings. The rest of the projects are not good enough to sustain the current valuations

Glencore and Jubilee's paths are increasingly crossing.

Glencore buys ASA Metals
Glencore buys Hernic
Glencore through Northam to smelt Platcro chrome
Glencore sells Sable to Jubilee
Glencore acid offtake deal

For every tonne of sulphur burned Jubilee recovers just under 3 tonnes of acid, classified as 100% strength, at the Sable refinery.

The acid will be needed for the most part by Jubilee themselves, for the leaching processes, limiting acid sales to pre start up period then falling off dramatically when own consumption kicks in.

Without the ability to produce acid Jubilee would have needed to buy it, so even when the Glencore acid offtake stops, we still make a financial cost saving to the project.

From Proactive Interview with Leon on 11/12/18.

"Our next big goal is now let’s engage the likes of Anglo American and Vedanta with our expertise,” says Coetzer. “We’ll tell them that their waste is a first class asset that’s just been forgotten.”

Enough said.

GFA Don't agree with execution risk for Kabwe. We have a plant and refinery that will provide revenue from day 1 of build pursuant to the acid off take agreement with Glencore. The build is only a refurbishment and it's fully funded. And the resource is JORC complaint.JLP have a 100% track record for completing builds on time and within budget and in excess of targeted capacity.

redtrend shares the same concerns as me

Jubilee now valued at £56 million yet is not actually a profitable company

All the cash they have will be swallowed by Kabwe and debt repayments

There will be another placing when the cash dries up. It will be a minimum of two years before they break even on Kabwe, by that time they lose a large amount of earnings from Hernic

Leon has no experience when it comes to a project the size of Kabwe, expect delays and costs to spiral out of control, it's a money pit. On top of that they have to give 5% to the Zambian government and 11% to BMR of all earnings. Zambian taxes are high

Leon continues to pursue more projects which will use up more cash and add more debt. He should deliver Kabwe before risking capital on other projects

The share price is only back to where it was 1 year ago

You have been warned, again

Plat, i’m not sure Redtrend has investigated JLP’s growth story? Issue is we need delivery on the quarterlies and we still have execution risk of Kabwe.

“and warrants may be issued & exercised too”! Would be great if they were because they have an exercise price range of 3.8p to 6.12p, considerably more than the current share price. It would push up the NAV per share for existing shareholders.

“I'm out with Profit at 2.5p”. JLP are good for double that with half ramped up production at Kabwe. It’s a momentum play, fundamentals are improving quarter-on-quarter and that’s not going to stop any time soon. With running costs covered, incremental project earnings go straight to the bottom line.

DCM fine chrome, PlatCro PGMs, and Kabwe, all heading to the bottom line. Project earnings from new deal flow, again straight to the bottom line.

My £31,500 profit will be going into battle next week, the month after, and the next financial year. The share price will move up and down but the overall direction across weeks and months will be up and then up again, in line with fundamentals.

Even if all my profit is gone by Monday lunchtime, I know that the next announcement will push the share price back up.

All the share price has done in the last week is pick itself up off the floor. The real profits are going to be made with the release of Q2 production data in July, Q3 production data in October, and eventually Kabwe earnings in early 2020.

Portfolio waste management contract announcements and/or more work in Zambia, possibly cobalt, could blast this into the stratosphere.

We’ve caught the knife, now it’s time to surf the wave. Don’t let anybody kid you that a 20% bounce off the bottom is a spike. Never heard such rubbish.

I am sure Bullster could explain how we should be at a 10-15 fold Mcap based on the scale of the income streams that are emerging as we speak and later this year.

He is far more eloquent than I at explaining and putting things in to perspective.
