26/7/2024 16:16 | This wide spread with all activity compressed into the lower half of the spread is a regular feature with this share. I wonder if it is a means of spooking holders into selling. It is after all a bit alarming to see relentless 'selling', day in and day out, particularly when these go hand in hand with the lengthy periods of radio silence. | jacks13
26/7/2024 16:02 | Hi speccy1, I think it depends which broker you use. If your broker has a sell order to fill they might offer you a price below the mid price and those brokers who haven't got sell orders to fill you will most likely have to pay either the full Ask price or between the mid & ask price. This to me explains why you can see like today many buys showing as sells because they were bought below the mid price and some trades in the buy column at full ask price or just below. That's what I think anyway. Maybe other pi's have a different explanation. I hope the above is of help. | freedom97
26/7/2024 15:59 | I still do them with 3i not sure if it was when they took over td but still there for me and why not saves pumping funds in for 4 weeks | the_isolator
26/7/2024 15:35 | do peeps still do t20 trades? i thought they went out with nokia phones - until they came back:-) | adejuk
26/7/2024 15:29 | In a week or so we should see a lift up from t20 etc getting in ready for news end of August | the_isolator
26/7/2024 15:07 | It feels like there is something fishy going on with the spread. My buy of 8,691 at 6.328p is showing as a sell, as are loads of presumed buys above that, but there's a random 6.7p buy thrown in. I had to log back into my account to check I hadn't accidentally sold them instead of buying. I don't understand what MMs gain from letting people buy close to the bid price and then making out they are sells? | speccy1
26/7/2024 12:16 | Did your friend tell you how many he's planning to sell ade? | freedom97
26/7/2024 09:04 | Morning ade, can you tell him to stop selling please!? | frogkid
26/7/2024 08:58 | my friend had 10mill + so far has sold 3mill | adejuk
25/7/2024 17:33 | Probably the Conroast days Tim ? | frogkid
25/7/2024 16:57 | Tim, do you prefer McLeons or McCoetzers? | wet your knot
25/7/2024 16:21 | Yes I recommended franchising a few years ago and received a very stupid response that we are not MacDonalds. Good to see the penny dropping even if it is a few years late | timhigginson12
25/7/2024 15:33 | I'm sure you are correct in that. | pshevlin
25/7/2024 14:34 | I was thinking specifically of JLP. As usual with this share activity is in in the lower half of the spread resulting in all trades today, bar one, being reported as a sell. I'm suggesting that trades around 6.39p have been buys. | jacks13
25/7/2024 14:03 | Depends on which shares you are looking at Jack. Red red red on my watch list. | pshevlin
25/7/2024 13:36 | 6.33p Bid/6.39p Offer is the actual market. The sea of red is actually for the most part a sea of blue. | jacks13
25/7/2024 11:55 | Very RED day on the markets and they have dropped the bid slightly here as well. | pshevlin
25/7/2024 09:04 | Franchising, I like that. There was talk of this a few years back. | frogkid
25/7/2024 08:58 | No dilution if we have a takeoff agreement isolator. Not as good as owning the stuff I know but even some kind of franchising could even be a way forward that costs us nothing and brings in revenue. Some time ago there was even considerable talk on here about moving to more jurisdictions. | pshevlin
25/7/2024 08:54 | 50p! Nothing less. | pshevlin
25/7/2024 08:48 | Sell out to IRH for 30p. Let them fund everything.!! | frogkid
25/7/2024 08:46 | Agree we need to be hitting targets yes it's good having jv but until we start producing in sizable numbers it's just a drain on the share price because inevitably it will mean more dilution at these low share prices | the_isolator
25/7/2024 08:41 | Interesting to note the various debates as to whether the share purchase by directors are good or bad. This is how low the trust in the board is. Hopefully, the next few months will reward us for many years of extreme patience. I remain open minded. Hope for the best, prepare for the worst. | frogkid |
