100% The Bull .. if all comes together in the next year or so then the fundamentals of JLP will be impossible to ignore . Maybe it might take a maiden dividend to show intent and get it moving . But I too am confident I do not need to trade this and just hold . I don’t give a flying monkeys if we are not getting reports and numbers every 5 minutes .. if Leon and the team are getting the projects completed , efficiencies improved , metals out of the ground / tailings .. then keep concentrating on getting the job instead of looking to appease impatient minor shareholders.

One thing I do not understand is the purpose of the new chairman and his lack of communication. What we paying for? Anyone have opinions?

The Bull, well said. I'm prepared for a fund raise for the Northern strategy. How else are they going to do it. Im here for the long game, providing the next update is what I want to hear and that progress, and future plans, are clearly defined. That said I wouldn't mind reducing some of my exposure prior to that. I have an uncomfortable sized holding, albeit well in the money.

Obviously not by the trades. Same again today should get some movement with the Sunday Roast visit to the site. .I would expect coverage this Sunday about their visit. Seems they were very impressed.

I thought the warrants are all exercised now from the last few RNS... so any more dilution should be limited.

One fine day they should start paying dividends too now, which should also strengthen the share price...

The problem is if you can double your money now without any stress just feed into the market as that's what happened here. Plus still is hence the watching paint dry the privilege got these shares, not private investors. It's totally not a fair playing Field. If I had these warrants I would be selling as well. Double my money all buys today but no movement most good companies have moved up with the rally this has not been because of warrants. Plus cheap funding shares Colins MO. It's never recovered because of funding and warrants at very low prices. .AS I SAID ITS VERY FRUSTRATING. When you watch the privilege double their money as you watch. Then you buy to make them richer

The question of the warrants is unnecessary on two counts.
1. It is common practice when juniors who need to raise cash for a large project to issue shares for cash and add warrants for which the subscription is at a substantial premiu2, The m to the market. Thus the shares were issued at between 2p and 4p with warrants to subscribe at between 3p and 6p. The 32m which have just been converted are still with the holders.

2. The purpose of the issue was to finance the purchase of the Sable refinery which is now contributing healthily to our profits so the issue and attached warrants was a very successful move.

Now that we are established we should not need to issue warrants with any public share issue deemed necessary.

Personally I would avoid further dilution and grow comfortably within our paper.

I’m glad we cleared that one up pshevlin as I’ve always had the greatest respect for you, but I prefer to keep tabs on the likes of goforgold especially when they are spreading disinformation as he/she was doing on the GLR board earlier today.
