£1 billion company-maybe of all things go to plan and metal prices increase.
A disappointing 6 months due to circumstances beyond the companies control will not determine the shareprice in the medium to long term=future performance will

How long have we been hearing that!

Since 2008 I believe straight out of Colins mouth.

I did say may be. Re Ollie. I suggest we all write and complain that we do not seem to have a chairman at the moment. He's not just non exec he's non anything.

Is Slater adding? where have you heard that? I now their holding had reduced due to warrants hitting the market, however I have not seen anything to suggest they are adding.

Just a quick one, why did we employ Ollie?
From memory we have had one Q&A PDF posted in relation to an interview with him, and since his employment the share price has been in heavy decline.

Jobs for the boys?

The realists always get cancelled and bad mouthed, I was one of them. Undie only wants the narrative to be an incessant barrage of ramping. Its the same posters day after day banging the "jam tomorrow" drum. None so blind and all that. The ones that truly don't get the markets, are those who didn't reduce their JLP holding between 16p and 20p and who have regularly been taking advantage of the "too good to be true, top up opportunities" over the last 2 years. The writing was on the wall. Addicted to dilution, warrants, over hyping on project presentations, both ramp up time frames and production estimates and a legacy of underwhelming on delivery. Smoke and mirrors with the numbers, PI's always left with more questions than answers. The Birdman was only ever a one hit wonder, not such a great track record for investors, considering the number of ventures he was involved in throughout he's career.

Slater must be fuming!

I suspect many will now jump, I however will remain and add at this price. It will be a further slog, however whilst paint dries here I will be using my trading pot elsewhere for some excitement.

Quite surprised that the "Sunday roast" did not pick any of this up!

was that to attempt a little pump to give some an exit.

And this:
“ At the Roan concentrator, the large available surface area and upgraded water and now power infrastructure, now offers the potential to expand operations at Roan by establishing it as a concentrator hub for projects associated both with the Northern and Southern copper refining strategy. The expansion of Roan therefore offers the opportunity to accelerate the roll out of our operational footprint at the nearby Northern Refining projects.

"Based on the initial review of our technical teams, Roan can be expanded in phases to more than double its current capacity, while avoiding a complete shutdown of operations to accommodate the full upgrade. The initial phase will expand and upgrade the material handling and classification circuits, to accommodate the simultaneous processing of copper tailings and copper containing ROM material, which immediately facilitates the implementation of the first Northern linked refining project at Luanshya, and the supply of further third-party ROM material.”

from that it would seem the recovery time is substantially less than a year and is well underway - not to mention the new processing capacity which is still on the table.
