Jubilee Metals – Zambia copper and cobalt “key milestones”, Buy

Jubilee Metals (JLP) has noted “key milestones achieved in its southern copper and cobalt operations in Zambia” and that, with these, for its prospective northern operations it “expects to receive the final recommendation on capacities from its design teams by mid-January 2023… look forward to updating shareholders in this regard”. So what are the milestones and how significant are they?

More sales than buys and the warrants being sold 100,000 at a time.
The issue will be can the private investors find upto £5 million to shift those warrant when the main batch comes to market

So today, according to the admittedly notoriously inaccurate advfn computer every single trade bar one was a buy.The curse of the warrants still haunts us as presumably there is a big sell in the background. Otherwise how can the share price start and end down without any movement either way.

For the record, my research (based upon 2022 Annual Report and subsequent RNSs) shows the following warrants are outstanding.....

35,859,164 at 6.12p expiry date 19th Jan 2013.
5,000,000 at 3.38p expiry date 28th Dec 2023.
750,000 at 3.4p expiry date 22nd June 2023.
4,036,431 at 13p expiry date 21st Jan 2024.

Total outstanding 45,645,595.


This research assumes that the 7,818,750 at 4p expired 19th Nov 2022 have now lapsed.

1347 you are correct. There are now 35,859,164 warrants left at 6.12p expiring on 19th Jan 23 as originally they were split between Miton and Veddis I believe so it looks like one is out now.

As for the rest, well the 7,818,750 just expired so I agree thats odd.

Couple of bits of good news before then and they can clear fairly easily

the warrants are just noise in the system and for a little noise they are generating a disproportionate clamour.
they will clear and i am confident we will see 15 before spring
we should get some clarifying figures in feb if history repeats itself
but history doesn't repeat itself, it just rhymes

Hard to believe that somebody forgot they had 7.8million in the money warrants.
