Does this article header from Bloomberg also suggest a slightly more helpful macro environment going forward for the likes of SLP and JLP ? .. (forgive me for posting same to the thread of both stocks)

Signs Are Flashing in Chips, Shipping, Fertilizer That Inflation May Have Peaked
• Prices for chips and shipping containers have come off peaks
• Central bankers are scrambling to snuff out soaring inflation
June 6, 2022, 10:00 PM GMT+1

Three of the key supply-side factors driving today’s global inflation levels have already turned around, meaning relief could be on the horizon for shoppers worldwide.
A bellwether semiconductor price -- a barometer of costs of finished electronics products as diverse as laptops, dishwashers, LED bulbs, and medical devices delivered worldwide -- is now half its July 2018 peak and down 14% from the middle of last year.

hi Freedom, i just need upwards movement rather than downwards or sideways. The last 12 months have been extremely disappointing to those of us that are not "in the know"

Yep, even freedom seems to have given up.

No I haven't, I'm very busy and don't need to watch JLP all the time, as I'm happy with their progress.

Of course those that trade some of their holdings always want lots of movement in share price so they can sell and buy back. I don't see II's/fund managers complaining. They must be convinced as I am that Jubilee is on the right path for growth. Eventually it will show in the share price just like when the share price was much lower pi's complained not much movement then look what happened the share price over doubled very quickly. I expect the same will happen again when a good deal is announced.

The STOCKHEAD article today supports the incredible bullish claims on copper with projections from current $10k to realistic expectations $15k and some very wild $100k in next 3/5/10 years - so certainly a long term bull run is expected. If JLP can quickly get to 10k pa production then it should provide an excellent return over the medium term and with all the other existing and pipeline commodities a decent and sustainable improvement in the share price. Just imagine if the copper price does actually get anywhere near the median projections………

Jubilee Metals – Colin Bird goes, replacement very credible: BUY
By HOTSTOCKROCKETS

Jubilee Metals (JLP) has announced the appointments of Manuel Lino Silva de Sousa (Ollie) Oliveira as Chairman and Berenberg as joint corporate broker. This is good news for institutional interest in this more than £400 million market cap group, at a current 15.1p share price.

All this talk of reduced margin or profit is already priced in so when Ollie announces his arrival with a blinding deal we should react nicely. The insits will start adding soon and the majors will start t taking notice. All IMO of course !

the price is stuck because the results for 1st half to 31/12/2021 were very poor. copper production hasent ramped up the pgm basket is much lower than 2021 especially rhodium down 50% so y/e ending 30/6/2022 profits will be much lower that 2020/21 .
if they can get copper production to 10k and pgm 44k ozs for y/e ending 30/6/2023 than the price might start reflecting the progress.

Freedom .. that is what I am waiting for .. PGM’s dropped when China had a sniff of Covid again .. now it’s getting back to production the resources will be needed along with the car industry getting itself off the floor . Copper price boom is very realistic .
