28/4/2021 10:16 | GSG, this would all indicate that £150m net could well be on in a couple of years, also I forgot about the fourth question Zinc, when and how much! Still all to play for with what we have! | goingforarun
28/4/2021 10:06 | Leon has already told the South America project when we would be available to come onboard. See one of the many videos in the last 2 years. | robers98
28/4/2021 10:05 | GFAR, the answer to one of your questions may be found in a post over on LSE by aw2414. I hope he doesn't mind that I have copied it onto here. Sharky, In my opinion you're a little light with you estimate. The all in cost to Sable was $4,000, when copper was $6,500 per ton. This included a charge from the JV of 38% of the spot price plus operating costs of $1,530. So if you assume a CIR at the JV is 50%, as they must be making a profit as well, and we get 50% of the JV profit, then at $10,00 per ton the profit to JLP works out at... ($10,000 * 25,000) - (25,000 * $1,530) - ($10,000 * 25,000 * 38%) + ($10,000 * 25,000 * 38% *50% (CIR) * 50% (JV profit share)) = $141m. Although this I think is conservative as I can't believe the operating costs of the JV will be $47m. There is of course the cobalt which could potentially add another $80 m - $100 m. Plus of course whatever is factored in for PGM's (currently at circa £60m - £80m pa), and the Zinc lines which are due to come on board towards the end of the year. We could be looking at mind numbing numbers. | gsg
28/4/2021 09:58 | Agree an Oz or Americas move would be significant | frogkid
28/4/2021 09:47 | The FTSE All Share PE ratio currently is 24.5.. The big miners with no explosive growth prospects have a PE of 12 to 13 If Leon announces a move into Aus or S America and we are kicking out profits in excess of £100mill per year its perfectly possible we might be at that sort of valuation... | sb
28/4/2021 09:47 | GFAR. I think I have the answers to those three questions. All positive. | gsg
28/4/2021 09:43 | 85p could be on if three questions can be answered. The first would be whether 25k tons of Copper is a target to be exceeded rather than a limit? The second would be how much Cobalt! The third where next in expansion (Oz would be my favourite)! | goingforarun
28/4/2021 09:40 | Just to ask the 'negative' question: At current rates of production, how long will current resources last; both Cu and PGM? And any share price needs to be amortised over that period. Yes, I know JLP will be looking to acquire additional dump resources but they may not be available at the give-away prices of current stockpiles. | alpal2
28/4/2021 09:35 | Don't think binocs would do it. Just realised I was looking down the wrong end of the telescope. lol | gsg

28/4/2021 09:23 | Bloody Hell guys. As an uber bull on JLP, even with my rose tinted Maui Jim's on, I still can't see 85p. | gsg |
