Copper at $8373 up from $5785 when Leon brokered the Star Tanganika deal in June last year.

Excellent timing.

Surprised JLP don't get a mention given the price has gone up more than that lot put together.

Stockhead article suggesting palladium to get to $3,000 this year which would add c.$300 to the BBI and if platinum does get anywhere near $2,000 just as our production increases plus copper coming on stream then sparks really would begin to fly. I wonder where that would put the share price in 12 months?????

As far as the cap is concerned when you get near to the cap taking into account any withdrawals made, take the then value of the pot out as you cannot get better than 45% if you exceed the cap. The max tax rate is 30% unless you have already taken your 25% lump sum. Thereafter use the funds to fulfil your ISA and personally invest the rest in Jlp protem. Sell each year sufficient JLP to give you a gain of the CGT allowance.
You can gift to your wife and your kids so all of you can fulfil your ISA's and invest so as to get your CGT allowance annually.
Simple really

I think I found an answer to my question. Results for the 6 months ending in December should be out in the last days of March.

Slater recovery Fund, January Fact Sheet. Shows JLP as one of its top ten holdings with 2.79% of the fund's value. Quite a commitment to JLP.

PlatiniumFinger-the release of the next quarterlies, the half yearly accounts or an positive RNS is likely to move the shareprice upwards.
Interestingly the Tharisa shareprice appears to be stuck in a rut lately as well
