13/2/2021 10:59 | As far as the cap is concerned when you get near to the cap taking into account any withdrawals made, take the then value of the pot out as you cannot get better than 45% if you exceed the cap. The max tax rate is 30% unless you have already taken your 25% lump sum. Thereafter use the funds to fulfil your ISA and personally invest the rest in Jlp protem. Sell each year sufficient JLP to give you a gain of the CGT allowance. You can gift to your wife and your kids so all of you can fulfil your ISA's and invest so as to get your CGT allowance annually.
