Nelson.I used current PGM prices to get current 2200 figure...So at 60K oz at current basket calc price minus 500 USD for cost = 102Mn USD or 74Mn GBP. In their July 2020 note on original forecasts they had PGM long term basket price of 1100.....Some amendments coming I suspect.

40plus that makes earnings of £84 million per year just from platinum and the basket has gone up another £200 since then.

We are no where near having to leave 10% for the little guy.

This will be in the 20's in a few months then possibly in the 50's in the next 2 years. That's if we do not get bought out in the next 6 months!

Tintin ref your earlier WHI Basket Price Calculation. I think you forgot to take into account their note PGM smelters do not recover all of the precious metals – they therefore only pay for a percentage as agreed in a contract

For me I calculate the current WHI version of basket price as a tad over 2200. Still a healthy margin of circa 1700 USD per oz.

Just my take.....

meme

Thanks for the clarification, I agree about the inane drivel that fills this board by peeps winding up the morons, not sure who is more guilty of trashing the thread to be honest - heh Deme !!

For me, I just try to keep the thread on subject, and I don't consider 'silver' is relevant on here, but hey ho that's just me, lets be honest there is more than enough to discuss regarding JLP.

As a matter of interest how long have you held JLP in your portfolio.

You've been long since exposed due to your big mouth. Sell jubilee at 5.2; average down in Centamin before selling out at a loss; pump SLP chooo chooo before selling and watching it sail away. And yet, you claim to make money. Even Kenny called you out yesterday.

as per my earlier post

Total Port is 25% Gold 25% Silver 25% Platinum 25% Other commodity related.

JLP is 75% of my Platinum holding and my largest holding overall.

I was asked a direct question by BB2 re silver and answered it as succinctly as I could

As far as I am concerned some discussion on silver prices and how this relates to PGM prices is far more relevant to a JLP shareholder than much of the inane personal banter which fills the boards day after day. (BTW I am not averse to that either).

However, I am also quite happy to disappear off into the shadows again.

From the broker note this AM: looks like their revised numbers for JLP will be a lot higher.

Jubilee has a compelling investment case.

A strong technical management and the ability to
both strike deals and to move projects along at a fast pace, differentiates Jubilee, in our
opinion, against many of its peers. On the back of yesterday’s update we place our numbers
under review as we seek to fully understand the effects of the pace of change against a strong
commodity price environment and how it impacts on our forecasts.
