I was looking for any info earlier today and couldn't find. All data was about warrants that expired a year ago as latest. Didn't see any still valid. Per my understanding there are no other warrants, no shares from placing to hit the market, no debt. All as it is. We are rerating to 15p+.

They were at 11.4 and I they must have been buys that had been filled over time which is why the price rushed up to them. Normally IIs would expect to get into a stock like this via a private placement but that option is not on the table now so they have to get filled through the normal means like us plebs...unless they do a deal with another II looking to reduce. But none of the declared holders held that many shares so it can't have been that.

Jubilee Secures Institutional Financing

Highlights

-- Jubilee secures investment from two eminent financial institutions namely Miton Group Plc and international wealth group arranged through Veddis.

-- The investment has been made in recognition of Jubilee's successful execution and operation of the Hernic and DCM projects.

-- This financing in collaboration with the project financing arrangements with RiverFort Global Capital ("RiverFort") will provide both the key equity and project funding support for the expansion drive of Jubilee's global metals strategy.

-- The funding comprises the raising of GBP 4.5 million at a share issue price of 3.6 pence per share.

The placing includes the issuance of 62 500 000 warrants priced at a premium of 70% of the placing price or 6.12 pence per warrant share valid for a period of 5 years.

GSG,

LOL, i'm only 2p higher than you.

I wouldn't be disappointed to fall short though.

p.s.

I'm feeling smug now, after changing from being the second biggest knocker of JLP to becoming its biggest ramper, the day Leon ditched ConRoast for tailings.

Pity Augustusgloop didn't have my vision.
