A possible takeover question was asked at the master investor show.
The response was they would not accept one and Leon is set to build JLP into a muli metal, multi national business.

No cheap TO's

BUT everyone has a price and a 30p TO would be tempting

and he certainly does not hold millions in JLP

Deme, anyone that wants shares in JLP after Leon again making sure in his presentations he says no share issuing required. Would have to be a project that is not currently on the table to change that view.
It will be interesting if any warrant holders decide to cash in as they are all now in profit. That would add even more cash into the company coffers. If an II wants a large chunk that would be the quickest way for them to pick up stock.
In the past if stock is getting short holders have been known to get a call from their broker. So as most PI's have decent holdings would be interesting if that happens.

Exactly daocana. I am not skilled at pricing companies running at a loss based on their potential profit years down the line. JLP ticks the boxes now and by all accounts shareholder dilution is a thing of the past. Seems like the market is merely reassessing this company and the price is catching up to reality.

Those earlier in the pecking order realised this well before me so they deserve their lower average entry price. I am happy to be in for an average of 7p having started building at 4.9p. MAY continue to average up but position is large for me anyway so am also happy to stand pat.

Trimmed a 1/3 of my Lloy on Friday pm and put it into JLP. Timing is everything. Unusual for me, but sometimes it works. GLA
