All this for £440k and we get that back initially before distribution of profit . PGM content is an extra . Looks of me like JLP are stating to call the shots on these deals which Cleans up the JV partners tailings , gives them a profit and gives JLP the ability to turn the waste into PGMs . This is the kind of deal I like !

The head line is about the chrome but I'm guessing the real benefit is all about the 'discard' which seems to get a passing mention and no real detail.

The referencing of Windsor and Windsor 8 is going to create some confusion going forward for sure, are they on the same site?

No mention of 'fine chrome' - have Jubilee given up on this?

How does this deal affect the agreement with Windsor and the processing share I wonder.

Onwards and upwards

Fozdad- the PGMs are probably more profitable than the chrome. Depending on the concentration of course but the other PGM supplies from a chrome source have been around 1.6g/t. So pretty good for waste.

I like "All capital plus interest invested into the Joint Venture by Jubilee shall first be repaid prior to any distribution of earnings from the Joint Venture. Jubilee has committed to invest an estimated ZAR 10 million (GBP 440 000) towards the upgrade of Windsor 8"

So the cost is chicken feed to us but another 35,000 t/m chrome concentrate capacity.

Nice!

Leon mentioned this opportunity in his Mineprophets chat room. Good to see it come through so quickly. How long until we hear about plans to expand Inyoni?

Don’t say I didn’t warn you Deme1.

Day trading this company simply isn’t worth the risk.

Buy and hold for a couple of years and you’ll make much much more than a few thousand gained then lost day trading/gambling imo.

Obvs up to you though.

Jubilee has been building this giant potential reverse Head & Shoulders for 5 years. Threatening to break out again. It may require yet more time, but I suspect this may be it. The R shoulder itself is potentially a strong pattern and the 50-month ma has flattened out.
Patterns that build over long periods can be very powerful when they break. I'm not saying it will be the case with Jubilee, but any picture that looks like this is worth considering. "
