Not necessarily, it could also say that one party is operationally in control and that the other party who is reliant on the other doing a job isn't giving them an open ended first refusal opportunity.Could ha e easily been a conversation down the lines of "Star Tag requires x completed within 12 months of execution of agreement, agree?""Agreed"

It'll be a while, on the big copper dump.

The Agreement calls for a maximum period of 12 months to complete the feasibility study with a further expected 15 months to construct the copper concentrating facility.

Was impressed with the speed of Gareth Owen replying to my email, sent 17:01 on Friday, received today 12:43.

I asked two innocuous questions about Cobalt at Sable and got: Being a listed entity I am guided by the details released in announcements to keep in-line with insider trading regulations.(with 2 attachments and 4 links to RNS's.)

I suppose it's only Leon that can drop bits of new info, during podcasts.

Never mind, at least i got a reply, thanks anyway Gareth.

1MM, as long as they do not hit us with taxes, as a result. These African countries can do "funny" things.

The mining industry in Zambia, the country’s main provider of foreign exchange, brought in $60 to $65 million from February to April, compared to the $90 million expected.

Zambia is the second largest copper-producing country on the continent.

Severe global restrictions on movement have hit mining supply chains and hindered the export and sale of copper, the mining industry association said, hurting company revenues and government coffers.

This difficult situation for the sector could last a year, according to the Zambian Chamber of Mines. Mining companies have also seen costs increase as they implement COVID-19 prevention measures to ensure the safety of workers and surrounding communities. In addition, the sector is facing a drop in world copper prices and an increase in costs following anti-coronavirus protection measures.

The mining company Glencore announced in April that it was mothballing its two Zambian copper production sites. It resumed operations in May but confirmed its intention to definitively shut down at the end of July due to falling prices and the health crisis.

According to the Zambia Miners’ Union, the Swiss giant’s decision threatens 11,000 jobs in the country.

Applying the Losta 75% reduction rate on 60p, that's a possible 15p in 2 years, still not bad

Ask leon and colin how the share price is being controlled by the Chinese, and has been going on for a long time. As I called the secret copper deal before the release, so I call this FACT as well

And down she comes. The price on the JSE is being so manipulated as per usual. Nothing seems to have changed under this Chinese control.

Deme, as you say the potential for a second wave could have an effect on the share price although the reality should be something different. We have operations that can continue through this and the business is generating masses of cash so perversely it should be seen to be a safer bet than others in the environment and if anything deserve a re-rating!

Losta

I fear the virus may hamper us this week, with a rise of the R number in Germany and localised outbreaks elsewhere.

Stupid really as we are one of the few businesses where the virus does not make a huge difference on operations.
