No change in Hernic contract imo.

Jubilee Metals was recorded as being Jubilee Platinum on the original Business Rescue documents, the amendments in the clauses are required due to our name change.

Another small top up from me of 35000 @ 3.75 :-)

Probably means those others at 3.75 were also buys.

Tick up coming.

So my take is that a new deal has been negotiated between Samancor and Jubilee Metals which replaces the previous deal Jubilee had with Mitsubishi and latterly with the business rescue practitioners.

Would be nice to know what whether the original terms are maintained or whether there is a new structure to the terms.

Hernic business rescue dipute between Hernic and Samancor has been settled which means the deal can progress. Facilitated by Mitsubishi.

Jubilee get a mention, on which we need clarification. Anyone got any ideas?

10. By the insertion of a new clause 2.1.41b ,2.1.41c and 2.1.41d as follows:

2.1.41b "January 2020 Payment" means the sum of R50 000 000

2.1.41c "Jubilee" means Jubilee Metals Group plc;

2.1.41d "Jubilee Agreement" means the agreement entered into or to be
entered into between, amongst others, the Purchaser and Jubilee
during October 2019;'

I see you still don't understand the definition of Irony too.67% is the 1 year annualised performance, what time frame would you like to cherry pick?

Merely an alternative take on "JLP did well today" Not my assessment as to the returns on an investment in JLP, over a cherry picked time fame.

'Objective' is a very interesting choice of words Aces...Do you have an 'obhective' here with your continued vacuous rhetoric?Perhaps 'consolidation would be a fairer word following a 67% share price appreciation?

Colin is to fat and unfit to wheel out the confetti cannon. He will need help to do that. He only has enough strength to wheel out the box of assorted chocolate doughnuts.
