re: Recent spike in share price to over 4p.
Any suggestion as to what provoked this? And equally why buying at that price has dried up; now back down to about 3.6p

In light of the above, I would have thought the Jubilee PR team would have been giving it max regarding JLP's plans to contain pollution at Kabwe, regarded as the most polluted town on the planet.

The best comparison with Sylvania is shares in issue

Jubilee already has 2 billion shares in issue

When Colin next fires the confetti cannon for Jubilee they will have nigh on 2.5 billion shares. That is 10 times more than Sylvania

Don't forget the share buy backs

Can Leon honestly say that will actually happen one day?

bookwormrobert,

I went to great pains to emphasise that it was a share price comparison purely on the amount of pgm's being produced.Investors have said in the past, "how come Sylvanias share price is much higher than ours", so, my quest was also to draw attention to the effect that the greater number of shares in issue had.

It was rough and ready, to a point that picking at it does it an injustice.

JLP will be able to announce a dividend in November (if they wanted to), we have a cash pile, we now have copper sales, we now have acid sales, we can look forward to vanadium, zinc, lead, silver and cobalt.

Kabwe is only just beginning, a multiple earner compared to our pgm's and over a longer period, not including the extra longevity the zinc offtakes provide.

SLP are further down the road, yes, but closer to bringing some projects closer to exhaustion.

Keep one foot on the good ship SLP and one foot on JLP's deck and transfer your full weight over as we sail on bye.

G.L.

Hi Bullster!
I'm a big fan of Jubilee, but I'm not quite sure your comparison works.
Sylvania are an established, profitable, dividend paying company - they are simply further along than Jubilee. They also have cash pile of around $26m, and a huge trade receivables balance.
If it helps, I regard Sylvania itself as undervalued.
Jubilee is both an earlier stage company, and one that offers bigger growth prospects.
I guess you pays your money and you takes your pick. I'm invested in both.

JLP
Share price 3.7p * Annual PGM Onz 30,000 * Shares in issue 1,860,000,000

SLP
Share price 37.6p * Annual PGM Onz 76,000 * Shares in issue 282,340,000

JLP .000016 PGM Ounces per share
SLP .000269 PGM Ounces per share

SLP factor 16.8 X JLP
37.6p to 2.24p

When JLP get to 60,000 ounces of PGM per annum
37.6p to 4.48p

When DCM adds 10,000 ounces of PGM per annum
37.6p to 5.23p

This is a rough calculation to measure our share price against SLP on a PGM production basis (only).

IT'S OBVIOUS THAT WE ARE UNDERVALUED

Other factors will further enhance the JLP share price beyond the calculation and to some extent are already.
We have a better chrome take, more infrastructure , better diversified projects, Tjate, Kabwe etc, etc.

hopefully the share price will react accordingly on official figures.

Now that Jubilee are better than breakeven i would suggest that our Group EBITDA can be roughly compared to Sylvanias net profit percentage gain, quarter on quarter.

Sylvanias net profit went from $4,849,000 in Q2/19 to $12,534,000 in Q3/19 a 158% increase. This increase was achieved on virtually the same production level.

Expect a better percentage performance from Jubilee because our production figures will have had a boost for Q3/19 with the starting of Windsor PMG and improvements in all other areas.

Over 200% profit gain quarter on quarter Q2/19 to Q3/19.....EASY !

GLR's placing hasn't been submitted to the exchange yet so the share price will contract accordingly when they are... Also GLR hitting .60 before the new shares being submitted would be a disaster.

As it would take the dilution from 25% to a possible 60% with the warrants being exercised.

Classic pump and dump over there atm.. I think Sleeven is wise to get out tbh.

The market is always open, let others chase the tops and bottoms.
