GLR will pursue a funding and debt structure, similar to WRES. Although Riverfort is more likely than Blackrock.

deme, imo, the reason JLP hasn't issued an RNS re. "zinc ore offtake agreement" is as GLR RNS states, "negotiations over a zinc ore offtake agreement with Jubilee Metal Group PLC (LON:JLP) are progressing “satisfactorily”.

That is the agreement hasn't been signed yet.

My view is that JLP will do a BMR type loan with the assets as collateral once the GLR trial mining license is granted to GLR.

Though IMV the killer deal would be for JLP to bid for GLR.

Galileo Resources PLC (LON:GLR) said negotiations over a zinc ore offtake agreement with Jubilee Metal Group PLC (LON:JLP) are progressing “satisfactorily”.

The three-year renewable deal being discussed involves the supply of ore for up to 60,000 tonnes per annum, from Galileo’s Star zinc project to Jubilee’s Kabwe zinc refinery.

I guess JLP are in no rush to inform its shareholders that the GLR offtake is going ahead.

Maybe they have been told to keep the news to a minimum, until the II finishes hoovering up the weak holders shares.
