26/3/2019 10:40 | Maybe leon will release the RNS for unaudited financials when the markets close. He is a master at timing things for news release in favour of the shareholders. Clown | choppernoel
26/3/2019 10:09 | Christopher Sheppard, the new CEO of Konkola Copper Mines who is to be based in Chingola has an interesting CV. Surely Leon must know him well. "He has held leadership roles with Anglo American, Anglo Platinum, Lonmin Platinum, and Murray and Roberts Cementation. Prior to joining Vedanta he was the Chief Operating Officer at AngloGold Ashanti Limited in South Africa." | ![]() gsg

26/3/2019 09:37 | Most likely JLP will attract investors from both BMN & SLP, especially with the current share price which way undervalues the company, just need investors in those companies to be aware of the huge potential here. | ![]() freedom97
26/3/2019 09:29 | I think it's more likely that JLP will attract investors from BMN over SLP imo | ![]() plat hunter
26/3/2019 09:27 | Maybe SLP will buy us, did suggest a few years back maybe a merger | ![]() the bull

26/3/2019 07:25 | “The market wants cash in the bank with these guys” Whatever was going to be in the bank from their SA operations will still be in the bank. Unless you think institutions let JLP underfund Kabwe so they’d get wiped out by another placing 12m down the line. The SA business is only 2-3 years of more cash. Kabwe is 18 years of cash, it will transform Jubilee in to a real business with £20m of free cash coming in each year. | goldibucks
26/3/2019 07:18 | So £40k hmmm Maybe the broker when it issued its buy stance maybe just maybe knew what they were talking about? | ![]() billthebank
26/3/2019 07:17 | Isn’t it 1,473,055 warrants? | ![]() fozdad
26/3/2019 07:12 | “The placing includes the issuance of 1,473,055 warrants priced at a premium of 50 per cent of the placing price or 3.38 pence (ZAR 64.83 cents) per warrant share valid for a period of 2 years.“ 1.5 million NOT billion. | goldibucks
26/3/2019 06:34 | It's not the 26.5% current dilution that I'm so bothered about here, but the horrendous potential dilution coming down the line from the 1400 million warrants just granted as part of the placing. I've never seen a ratio of 4 to 1 warrants to new shares in a placing, anywhere, ever before. Staying well clear. | ![]() divmad |
