Oil cap also effects shipping costs, they have risen 30% to $20 for Russian crude

As the fairy land budget was based on $80, Russian bankruptcy 1998 Mk2 may now be before 1917 revolution Mk2

If take $32 barrel production cost vs $62 now and $80 in Russian fantasy land budget then fantasy land budget income is down 35%. Bankruptcy like in 1998 of Russia will happen even quicker than I expected in twelve months

This small difference in price will be powering Asian and BRIC economies forward to the detriment of the western economies. We are also seeing oil prices decline as the entire world moves towards recession driven by sanctions which are hurting Western economies just as hard as Eastern ones. Also don't forget that Russia's production costs are lower especially when compared with US Shale.

You said you were surprised that only 20% of the share capital need to vote in order for the vote to be valid.

Where does it say that 20% of the share capital is needed for an ordinary resolution?

I thought an ordinary resolution only required a 50% majority of those voting at the meeting? Where does it say that 20% of the share capital is needed?

Eric Sanderson, Chairman, commented:

"As a Board we condemn the actions of the Russian State in Ukraine and our thoughts are with the Ukrainian people. It is a tragedy for them.

Great respect to Eric Sanderson and the Board. It would be easy to just refer to the "war in Ukraine" but they've made a real statement. Well done guys.

Detsky Mir Group announces that the Board of Directors of the Company unanimously approved a launch of an open market buyback programme of its ordinary shares (“Shares”;) listed on the Moscow Exchange over a six-months period unless extended or terminated by the Company earlier.

DM Capital LLС, a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company acquired a total of 14,038,470 shares (1.90% of share capital of the Company) during the period from 18 November 2022 to 22 November 2022 on the Moscow Exchange.

As I've posted a couple of times recently, Detsky Mir, which is a holding of JRS, are taking themselves private - If JRS redeems its Detsky Mir shares at todays share price and at an exchange rate of GBP/RUB of 70 = 9.46p per share (£4.28mln), which would be paid in to JRS Russian 'C' Account.

If JRS do redeem will mean by the end of January JRS will have circa 64p cash per share in their Russian 'C' Account.

It seems to me reasonable to say, when it becomes available, any monies from the sale of Detsky Mir will be reinvested outside of Russia rather than when the time comes paid out as a dividend.

The MOEX Russia Index traded higher on Thursday, extending gains for the third session, tracking gains elsewhere after the US Federal Reserve signaled smaller rate hikes going forward.

Still, investors continue to monitor negotiations between EU countries on a price cap level for Russian oil. The Commission proposed a price level of $65 per barrel, but Poland and the Baltic countries considered it too high. On the other hand, countries with a strong shipping industry, such as Greece and Malta, do not want a ceiling of prices below $70.

On the macro front, the latest data showed the decline in industrial activity unexpectedly eased in October, and producer prices rose the least in two years. Also, Russia's economy ministry said that inflation was running at an annualized rate of 12.30% as of November 21, down from 12.40% a week before.

The Russian central bank last month raised expectations it would end its rate-cutting cycle, as it held its key rate at 7.5%.

Very low turn out.

Surprised that so many investors don't instruct their brokers to send them the voting forms.

I have been voting on all my holdings for many years. Lots of paperwork but I like having my say on companies I part own. Simple.
