19/11/2022 20:44 | Masergt- you’re wasting your precious time & energy trying to talk sense into these posters, their motives for deliberately spreading disinformation & BS are not known to any of us. Best thing to do is to ignore or filter as many of them as possible. I visit here occasionally to take a look at the informative links provided by hindsight, 1917 and other reputable posters. Background is Ukrainian, got family over there and used to visit frequently until recently. | firtashia

19/11/2022 18:12 | loganair - 4525. LIAR. Simple as that. PATHETIC PUTIN LOVING LIAR. Sicko. Totalgeek69 - 4519. "So your long rambling post mainly concerns Khruschev not being Ukrainian but he was born a few miles away and moved there at the age of 14 years. This fact isn't hugely significant." Your as twisted as loganair. "This fact [ie., the truth] isn't hugely significant." WHAT??? I offered a clear statement of verified Russo/Ukrainian history (with links!) showing what happened when and a quote by Kruschev from his own memoirs stating categorically his nationality is Ukrainian and you dismiss it as "a long rambling post" then have the gall, or sheer lack of anything original to say, to quote the contents that post back to me as your own words??? WTF? Where were the likes of you and loganair educated? What ethical and moral standards do you uphold? Are you bringing kids up to think like you? Heaven help the future! | masergt
19/11/2022 15:55 | It’s Costing Peanuts for the US to Defeat Russia The cost-benefit analysis of US support for Ukraine is incontrovertible. It’s producing wins at almost every level. The Ukrainian armed forces have already killed or wounded upwards of 100,000 Russian troops, half its original fighting force; there have been almost 8,000 confirmed losses of armored vehicles including thousands of tanks, thousands of APCs, artillery pieces, hundreds of fixed and rotary wing aircraft, and numerous naval vessels. US spending of 5.6% of its defense budget to destroy nearly half of Russia’s conventional military capability seems like an absolutely incredible investment. If we divide out the US defense budget to the threats it faces, Russia would perhaps be of the order of $100bn-150bn in spend-to-threat. So spending just $40bn a year, erodes a threat value of $100-150bn, a two-to-three time return. hxxps://cepa.org/art | 1917again
19/11/2022 14:25 | Lady I know who is a Ukrainian passport holder who lives in Kherson city says living in Kherson under the armed forces of the Ukraine is like living under the 3rd Reich. The streets are now piled high with rubbish bags as since the Russians left nobody is coming round collecting the rubbish. In July when the Russians were in Kherson, everything was running as normal as though nothing had happened. | loganair

19/11/2022 10:07 | I understand the following... Bankman Fried of FTX paid $11mln directly to Biden and $60mln to other Democrats and he says in a TV interview that he is "Buying Policy" The Ukraine uses 50% of the many billions of US Tax Dollars it is given by the U.S. to buy FTX tokens that Bankman Fried then transferred out of FTX. Ukraine Ministry of Digital Transformation partners with FTX and are the ones putting out Ukrainian propaganda. The whole U.S. backing of the Ukraine is a total con job, a scam and nothing but a money laundering scheme by the U.S with Zelensky getting his cut and this is what many tens of thousands of innocent women, children and men are dying for in the Ukraine. | loganair

19/11/2022 00:03 | The "orcs" didn't start it. The Americans did. As usual. In 2014. | gbjbaanb
18/11/2022 22:20 | Crimea became part of Ukraine SSR in 1954 which was governed by the Soviet Union. It was in 1991 that it was ruled by Kiev and 2014 when it was ruled by a more westerly looking government in Kiev. I know many Crimeans and they are very happy to be part of Russia. | totalgeek69
18/11/2022 22:09 | So your long rambling post mainly concerns Khruschev not being Ukrainian but he was born a few miles away and moved there at the age of 14 years. This fact isn't hugely significant. The important fact as far as I can see is that Ukraine did not exist outside of the Soviet Union. That Russians loved their Ukrainian brothers and helped them to create their land. | totalgeek69
18/11/2022 21:14 | brwo349. Fully agree. The orcs started it. It's a great pity Ukraine couldn't have / was advised against returning a taste of their own death and destruction across the border. I don't see why they should get off scot free. | masergt
18/11/2022 21:11 | Loganair Crimea became part of Ukraine in 1954. So most of the people who can remember being part of Russia are long dead. Even school kids are in their seventies. The vast majority of people in the Crimea grew up under a Ukrainian government and if they don’t like that they can move to Russia | robizm
18/11/2022 18:09 | It’s good to see that General Mark Milley, Chairman of the US Joint Heads of Staff, is calling on the Ukraine to engage in peace talks with Russia. He thinks there is minimal chance of Ukraine pushing Russia out of Ukraine any time soon. He also seems to think that Zelenskyy’s idea of attacking the Crimea is daft. Which it clearly is. | galeforce1
18/11/2022 17:05 | loganair Thanks. So why do you think existing shareholders will get a separate ringfence of their shares to avoid dilution? This will be good news if it happens but have you seen any evidence that JRS will do this if they have a future capital raise? And the EU are trying their best now to steal the assets and the property of Russia and Russian people. Do you see any risks that JRS may have their Russian shareholdings stolen by Russia? I think the risks are very low but not zero. I have voted no now and I assume that you have voted yes now. If the vote for the new mandate is successful what benefit do you think this will be for the existing JRS shareholders? And when and how do you see this terrible conflict ending? Ukraine does not look like they have any serious interest in negotiating at present. | popit
18/11/2022 16:54 | Dil21 - Finland, most if not all road signs are in Swedish as well as Finnish, same through the the Middle East, many road signs are in English as well as Arabic. When I lived in Qatar all utility bills etc are in English as well as Arabic. | loganair
18/11/2022 14:49 | Nice of England to allow us Welsh to have Welsh speaking schools but did you know our own beloved idiots running the country FORCE English speaking schools to have compulsory Welsh lessons and have done for the last 40 odd years at least. Plus all communications from NHS , councils etc have to be in both languages as do our bloody road signs , street names and railway station names. So asking everyone in the Ukraine to learn the language is hardly unique is it when it’s happening right here on your own door step. | dil 21
18/11/2022 12:38 | What happens in the Ukraine directly effects the Russian economy and the stocks JRS holds and is why I think it is worth discussing on this thread. | loganair |
