12/1/2023 18:04 | I'm still awaiting a response janeann, but having just run the same calculation, my subscription / allocation does work out at the * 80.08% and * 54.4%. Does look to have been a tad popular and wouldn't be surprised to see a strong response come Monday (16 Jan). | mcmather
12/1/2023 17:54 | well I was hoping for more than I got.............and this is the expanation Thank you for your message. Having heard back from our dealers, I can confirm that this is the narrative that was released by bookbuild who did the allocation process. At the time, allocation favoured applications relative to existing holdings “Soft pre-emption percent = 80.08% increase on existing share holding, (Retail offer placing shares + Industry placing shares / Shares in issue)” “Where the principles of Soft preemption have been applied in the allocation process, Allocations are based on the client's existing shareholding and order size. If an existing shareholder applies for less than their soft pre-emptive entitlement they will be allocated as a % allocation of the value applied for.” In this case the existing holding was 3,000 shares at the time the order was placed and the customers application was for more than the existing holding. Book Build have applied soft pre-emptive rights whereby the allocation was calculated as follows 3000 (existing holding) * 80.08% (soft pre-emption %) = 2402.40 * 54.4% = 1307 shares allocated | janeann
10/1/2023 13:09 | Yes, was informed on the 5th and by a debt of money on my ii account. Got 54% of the shares I applied for. | vfast
10/1/2023 10:36 | Anybody been informed of allocation yet? | 3bene
06/1/2023 18:46 | I tried through HL but they have not signed up to the Bookbuild trading platform so therefore there clients holding JNEO shares have missed out. I opened an account with ii and moved funds in and bought shares so I could apply for the retail investors offer, I got 54% of my holding. Bad show from HL and think they will be forced to sign up to use Bookbuild or there clients will lose out and move on as more companies will use the Bookbuild platform. | vfast
06/1/2023 15:27 | I applied for £2700 giving about 2570 shares at 1.05 I have been allocated 1399 shares which equates to the 54% figure. I also hold them in my ISA via Hargreaves Lansdown but was not offered any opportunity to buy shares via them | mgsmith
06/1/2023 12:38 | mgsmith... would you be willing to share your original holding and what you applied for and received... would be helpful before I contact ajB myself as I simply dont understand have theyve allocated mine (as post 403) | janeann
06/1/2023 11:34 | I was allocated half the number of share I was entitled to apply for. | dealit
06/1/2023 11:14 | My broker says that only shareholders with a verifiable account at an approved broker were given an allocation. I applied for the same amount as I already held but they only allocated based on the small number available to retail so I have not been able to maintain my percentage holding which is annoying. | davidosh
06/1/2023 10:47 | Ive spoken with AJB this morning and they seem to have corrected the situation so I now have a reasonable allocation of shares from the placing. As you say vfast an absolute bargain | mgsmith
06/1/2023 10:46 | Barclays said it was not possible to access the retail offer. | weatherman
05/1/2023 22:55 | Got my Shares thought ii and paid 105p for them. What a bargain at that price. If ever the saying as cheap as chips applies it does here. Expecting a very good 2023! | vfast
05/1/2023 20:25 | no idea... also AJB ...I applied for £4700 and appear to be getting 1307 at £1686.... but that doesnt relate to a price of 1.05.........and thats not a 54% reduction!! | janeann
05/1/2023 20:03 | I put in an order via my SIPP with AJ Bell for £2700 worth of shares. Looking at my account tonight this order has been cancelled and replaced with an order to buy £5700 worth shares at current price. What the hell is going on? | mgsmith
05/1/2023 14:52 | 54% of request | 3bene
05/1/2023 14:19 | Allocations were made to existing Shareholders, applying the principles of soft pre-emption. Given the significant demand and the increase of approximately 80 per cent. of the number of Ordinary Shares in issue following the Placing, Subscription and the Retail Offer, existing Shareholders received approximately 54 per cent. of their soft pre-emptive order demand, and where Shareholders applied for less than their soft pre-emptive order demand, they have been allocated approximately 54 per cent. of their order. | janeann
05/1/2023 13:17 | Did everybody get the shares (amount / £££) they requested? | mcmather
05/1/2023 10:43 | Thought we might have had some announcement about the allocation under the retail offer by now | janeann
04/1/2023 13:10 | Yes but closes at 4pm today. | 3bene
04/1/2023 12:25 | Are ordinary shareholders allowed to buy shares in the retail offer - have not had any notification by post. | welsheagle |
