30/4/2023 09:17 | £70m revenue target is mentioned (in vid) at ~28min - 31mins and also right at the end. | eeza
30/4/2023 09:10 | Thanks vfast, eeza and M1road. I like these sort of targets from companies - obviously far from set in stone, but it gives a directional indication on what the people closest to the company believe is possible. I bought a starter position on Friday afternoon and will have a look at the IMC presentation. Thanks Adam | adamb1978
29/4/2023 08:38 | Same as above | eeza
29/4/2023 08:23 | Hi Adam. This is a link to investor meet company. You will need to register and then search for the presentation. It is a presentation by the CEO and CFO on the results. It was done on the 5th April. In it they mentioned about the t/o and £70 million. https://www.investor | m1roda
29/4/2023 01:45 | Adam, in the medium term. It was Russ Singleton CEO who stated that in the investor presentation. I haven't got the link for it but one of the other invests might have it. | vfast
28/4/2023 10:06 | vfast I'm new to JNEO but have been going through the figures over the last couple days. A few posts above you mentioned a £70m revenue target - is that a mid/long term target from the company or your figure? Thanks Adam | adamb1978
27/4/2023 20:07 | Hi David, nice to meet you today. On the whole I think a positive meeting. | vfast
26/4/2023 19:28 | I'm not quite sure now how I came across the info but it was on the day of the final results. Book the train tickets at the beginning of April. I just assumed (wrongly) that it was general news that shareholders were aware of. | vfast
26/4/2023 19:23 | Thanks to both as I hope to be there and have attended quite a few in the last 17 years | davidosh
26/4/2023 17:55 | David, you will find details of the AGM in the Investors section of the Journeo website under the heading "Annual General Meetings". The tricky bit is that you then have to look at the "Shareholder Letter AGM 2022". I am not aware of the AGM being announced anywhere else. vfast, where did you see this announced? I could not see any reference to it in the RNS announcements on that date. | mjcrockett
26/4/2023 17:50 | Announced on the 28th of March Journeo plc Notice of Annual General Meeting. I am writing to invite you to join us at this year’s Annual General Meeting of the Company at the office of our broker, Cenkos Securities plc, 6 7 8 Tokenhouse Yard, London EC2R 7AS at 11.00 a.m. on 27 April 2023. hxxps://journeo.com/ | vfast
26/4/2023 16:09 | Where did they announce the Agm? | davidosh
26/4/2023 15:49 | Anyone at the AGM tomorrow? Have to get up early but I will attend. | vfast
18/4/2023 07:49 | Agreement extension announced. | weatherman
12/4/2023 10:57 | "Investing in public transport could give economy £50bn annual boost, says TUC Published by The Guardian 12 Apr 2023” www.hl.co.uk/news/20 utm_campaign=Newsroo | vfast
11/4/2023 08:39 | Not much to stop the price rising until 220-230p. | 3bene
05/4/2023 13:51 | Was v bullish and great they don't need additional funds. | 3bene
05/4/2023 13:04 | Aye; some interesting stuff in there - the total recurring revs from the 3 london airports plus dublin; not massive but expansion in that field could be v interesting - will need to watch it again. | mcmather
05/4/2023 12:50 | Todays investor meeting. Moving forward revenues £70m plus in the medium term with present business and any more bolt on acquisitions will be funded by the company not shareholders. If they can get into the US it could be very lucrative. All in all a positive outlook. | vfast
03/4/2023 10:44 | This all seems to be going really well but my main concern might be whether the servicing capacity for this new business will impacted. I suspect they have but I just wonder. Sales and ops don't always match! | bummel45
02/4/2023 10:38 | redwing, hopefully the IMC gig this week will clarify matters. TfW were a customer of Infotec (rail) but the recent wins / contracts in Wales (£2.6m) related to buses; that seems new to me but maybe not?? Could also do with a bit of a clarity re the order intake / book (£27m Journeo / £25m Infotec). | mcmather
01/4/2023 15:45 | Defo no fundraising. They raised additional cash for acquisitions last time. | 3bene
01/4/2023 11:57 | Perhaps there will be a statement with regard to any fundraising concerns at midday next Wednesday during the Investor Meet presentation ? | bomber13
01/4/2023 09:03 | Agreed, redwing. However, if they are considering a rights issue, I feel they could get the share price up to £2 first..which may be their intention. | horneblower
01/4/2023 08:57 | Is anyone else getting a tad suspicious of all these contract announcements? Many of them are very small (even for a company of Journeo's size) and often they are deals that are already in their forecast sales i.e. part of normal business and not earnings enhancing. Mcmather - before you jump the gun, I understand that the extra £3m of sales for 2022 above Cenkos forecast of £18m was simply an increased cost 'pass through' (hence no further profit beat). If those additional costs unwind this year and come off numbers again you might find that Cenkos has actually factored in some contract win growth to its numbers. Whether they are still too conservative remains to be seen. | redwing1 |
