11/5/2010 10:31 | Cheers for the feedback | sir brainy
10/5/2010 11:57 | Measure aims to help reduce greenhouse gas emissions BEIJING - China may start levying a carbon tax and further boost prices of fossil fuel for the next five years as a crucial incentive to cut greenhouse gas emissions and help realize green targets, a government-affiliate Apart from new materials, biological medicine and information technology, Wan put wind power, solar energy, biomass and electric automobiles high on the government's list, which may gain substantial fiscal support during the coming five years. | 0rb1t
10/5/2010 09:38 | ...oh and should be worth an absolute minimum of £1.50 imo by the dual listing date.Depending on results i could revise that upwards | jwe
10/5/2010 08:41 | SB 1/Results due- These will be stellar(for H2)see RNS on 5th Jan.Duplicating H2 forward into 2010 make these on a very low P/E.We do not know how good the H2 figures will be but the fact that they were confident to issue the statement just 5 days after Y/E must mean that they have some leeway in releasing the RNS 2/P/E is likely to reduce further by the almost doubling of production due middle of this year AND the purchase of the outstanding shares in their EU subsidary at an extremely good price(see last profits for this unit & price paid) 3/-HK listing will without any doubt provide extra interest(it always does) 4/- Very strong balance sheet | jwe
10/5/2010 08:38 | where's our bounce or did I find the top to buy in. :-/ | katsy
09/5/2010 18:44 | Dual listing on HK is one. | stegrego
09/5/2010 18:00 | What are the best 3 substantive plus arguments for buying JHL? More interested in holders' personal views than brokers' | sir brainy
07/5/2010 11:56 | a large seller! | jwe
07/5/2010 11:53 | Just recalclulated balance sheet based on latest £/$ exchange rate. Cash of £14.7m + £34.3m of receivables & 37.9m of inventory = £72m of current assets. Current Liabilities of £29m leaves £43m of net current assets. Tangible fixed assets are worth £29.6m + other non-current (not sure what these are) of £2.2m less £1.3m of net current liabilities gives £73.5m of net tangible assets. Given the company valuation is a little over £60m, this seems very, very cheap to me. Particularly as they were "significantly ahead of current market forecasts of US$11.7m last year". So significantly ahead of £8m in profit - the vast majority of which was in the most recent period. What am I missing? | evaluate
07/5/2010 11:07 | Is it time to buy more or is there more falls to come? | katsy
07/5/2010 10:25 | When is the result? | golla
07/5/2010 08:50 | At current exchange rates, JHL are now "significantly ahead" of £7.9m for the year. Given they are now valued at barely over £60m & have a fantastic balance sheet, the next set of results are going to make this look like the sale of the century. All we need is Nicholas Parsons! | evaluate
07/5/2010 08:40 | Today's news should thump the £ - which will make JHL's EPS worth more in £ terms. Should really be good news for this share. Still everything gets thumped at times like these. Indeed just checked 1RMB is now worth £0.099 - the highest it's been since I started tracking it! | evaluate
06/5/2010 10:18 | Well somebody is seeing a bargin.there have been a few lumpy buys of late, however without doubt there is still an overhang, possibly from the recent purchase of the remaining bit of the EU subsidary | jwe
05/5/2010 17:43 | stegro..likewise bought another 8000 @ 99p fings just aint working out at the mo. :-( | ssvsjs2
05/5/2010 16:01 | Buy real shares , Sbetters get shafted in times like these unless they can produce the margin when required . Imho of course . dyor . Nearly took a few earlier but will hold fire just a while and see how the dust settles . Seems a fair price to buy at though imo again . Good luck all | loafingchard
05/5/2010 15:34 | The market market markers have tree shaked many shares by 10 percent today for no reason, not just us. Thousands of investors been stopped out. Its a disgrace! From now on the stop is going 20 percent. The last two days we have have been robbed. Good job jetion stood its ground yesterday otherwise many of us would of been stopped out. Do a spreadbet on jetion before the results and get our own back on the ........ safe stop loss if you do them. | kendo10
05/5/2010 13:36 | Well it is possible that they will lose the case of course. However in the overall scheme of things $2.7M is hardly the end of the world | jwe
05/5/2010 13:02 | Grabbed a couple of grand at 84.something, crazy? | foodcritic
05/5/2010 12:42 | All good points jwe. I imagine the legal case has put some people off though (until it is officially dismissed) and the fact the results are still not out. Hopefully we'll have some news soon. | allstar_07
05/5/2010 12:31 | What we know for sure 1/Full year Profits will be significantly in excess of $11.7M 2/Earnings enhancing aquisition of their EU subsidary completed in H1 2010 3/Proposed HK dual listing underway 4/Production being significantly ramped up from the middle of 2010 To me 2010 looks like it will be a very good year both in terms of profits and for shareholders | jwe
05/5/2010 12:16 | I added at 99p yesterday - looking a bit sick now.... Just a general sell off on low volume - doubt there are any problems. | stegrego
05/5/2010 11:31 | Just general market jitters. Everything is getting hammered? | evaluate
05/5/2010 11:26 | No,but i`ve just added a further 5k at just under 86p | jwe |
