First buy at 3 figures this morning.

Has to to be a good sign.

JHL are clearly going to go into HK on the back of very good figures.

Looking well set from here.

Just managed to get 5k before the price jumped. With a significantly ahead and a duel listing looks to be a one way bet short term with downside extremely limited-if there is one

phonics / allstar.
if you go on the jetion website and search for the original listing document , it has a list of competitors and their place in the manufacturing chain , if memory serves me yingli green , trina solar , and a canadian solar co with it's manufacturing in china are among them , you may be able to find a similar hk listed co there .
good luck

I am new to Jetion this year and very pleased with share performance since getting on board.
Can we expect a half year performance report in April, as there was one in september,2009? I'd love to see some numbers to account for recent rise!

Dual listing will also make Jetion suitable to hold in an ISA.

agree, great news, and in a way preferable to the route taken by wcc, as creates less administrative change for your average shareholder.

lets see what chns give us, for those interested ...

I hold too- Just topped up as well.... Just wish I had had the balls to stick a couple of K on this back when it was 25p....

Dual listing should do wonders for the share price if it goes ahead.

Jetion Solar Holdings Limited

("Jetion" or the "Company")

Hong Kong Stock Exchange - Submission of A1

Jetion Solar Holdings Limited (AIM:JHL), the manufacturer of high quality solar cells and modules, announces that it intends to seek a listing on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd ("HKSE") by way of introduction ("Proposed Listing"). It has today submitted its application for the Proposed Listing (Form A1) to the HKSE.

The Directors believe that the Company will benefit from having a dual listing status in Hong Kong whilst maintaining its trading status on AIM, as this will:

· provide exposure to two equity markets, in Europe and Asia, which have different investor profiles

· facilitate investment by Hong Kong based investors thereby enabling easier access to the funding pools available there

· broaden the Group's profile in Hong Kong and the PRC, where its operations are principally located

Commenting on the proposed dual listing, Chairman Gabriel Kow said:

"Our business in China is expanding fast and we believe the time is right to broaden our access to investors in the territories where we are based. However, we remain committed to our listing in London, particularly as we are expanding our footprint in Europe."

Jetion Solar 2009 Net Profit To Significantly Beat Market View

LONDON (Dow Jones)--Solar cell company Jetion Solar Holdings Ltd. (JHL.LN) Tuesday said its full-year 2009 net profit will "significantly" beat current market forecasts of $11.7 million, as its growing customer base meant it increased sales faster than expected last year.

Profits will also be boosted by lower production costs following improved operating efficiency, the firm said in a brief statement. Its performance was also aided by soft prices of silicon wafers and supply chain improvements.

Jetion Solar Holdings didn't specify what its revised 2009 profit targets were but Chairman Gabriel Kow said he hoped the better-than-expected performance will continue in the first quarter of 2010.
