bigsheep - don't wish to speculate but there could all sorts of reasons why one institution wishes to sell and another wishes to buy. the HK listing will not create dilution, they are not at present issuing any new shares. LTH, cool_hand

Bigsheep

Always has to be a seller for every buyer.

Also, they arent raising any new money in HK - its an 'introduction' rather than a fund raising.

OK, I'm thick. Why should one financial institution sell/transfer so many shares to another? If CSFB thinks it's such good idea why do UBS disagree? And whilst i'm at it, re: dual listing what do they do with all the money raised in HK and does that mean existing AIM holders have their holdings correspondingly diluted?
Confused of Middle England.

If you work out what they paid for the profits that this subsidary produced it is a great aquisition and very earnings enhancing

Liyangnano,

Check the two RNSes above.

CSFB have gone from non-notifiable to 13% of the company; CSFB have gone from 5% to non-notifiable.

So the substantial holdings page on the website is not just out of date, it's seriously inaccurate.

Looks like UBS to CSFB was the big trade the other day.

I was wondering when we were going to get an RNS on that.

Not going to take a lot of buys to get this going.

There had been a seller in the market.Today any buying is pushing the price up and any sells are going through at a premium. The large trade yesterday could be the clearance of the overhang
